        Buyer beware!
        My parents bought plots here - along side their parents/brothers sisters etc... Headstone was purchased thru Highland Memorial Garden roughly $3000.00 (since we were going to get a huge "Setting fee" if we went thru another company
        Purchased 4/11 - Guess what still NO headstone.
        Find out they actually took the funds but did not place the order until I called to check the status in JULY!
        NOW here we are the end of October - the funeral home or something has been purchased NO one is there that can answer my question - REFUND our money. NOTHING
        The list of excuses that have been given COVID & the Ice storm in February - which has set everyone back. Well.... The entire world is up and functioning -
        This is unacceptable on so many levels & NO one can give us any answers. Not even Anderson Clayton Funeral home in Terrell who sold to our parents.
