The staff is very friendly and always makes me feel welcome.
I went to the salon on Poplar with a coupon for 2 free tanning sessions. It was my first time there. First, I was given a tour of all of their tanning beds, and I was only shown the fancy upgraded beds. The women was determined to sell me something. When I told her I didn't want to buy a membership and that I only wanted to use my free coupon, she informed me that I could only tan for 5-7 minutes with it, and "to be honest, for the first 5 to 7 minutes the light will be reflected off of your skin, and you won't really get a tan." (Then why bother with the coupon in the first place?) Then she took me to a room with a basic bed, which she hadn't bothered to show me during the tour. I only used one free tan for the seven minutes I was allowed, and I won't be going back to use my second. The entire time I was there, they made me feel like they only wanted my money and nothing else mattered.
