My fiancée took my car to Station Break to get the oil changed. Somehow, they managed to break my gearshift and told her "sorry, it just came off." So, me being me, I went in to talk to them about it. They said they did do it, but my car is really old and it was ready to break (the gearshift). I disagreed and they told me I couldn't really believe her anyway bc maybe she shifts differently than I do. I reminded them that they admitted to breaking it. Joe Stewart said, "these things happen. Do you know how many things I've broken on old cars? It happens." He went on to say that he never replaced them and would give me some tape to tape down the gearshift. That's the best he can do. "Honey, im sorry your car broke while we were shifting it, but if you think we're gonna fix it, you're wrong. We aren't fixing a thing!" What do you fine folks think about this? Oh, I was also told that I "apparently don't know how business works." I talked down to, humiliated, and then mocked by Joe Stewart, who proudly gave me his business card and told me I could contact whomever I want about this, but he wouldn't do anything no matter what.
