Terre Haute, IN Enterprise Rent A Car

I work for one of this locations largest clients. We have had nonstop problems getting the cars that we reserved. There have been several instances of not having the correct car to use that was reserved months prior and cannot accomodate our reservation. We have been told the other cars are already reserved when we ask about the ones sitting around. Again, we reserved them as well, how is this customer service? My company forces us to use them and many people have had the same negative experiences. Based on this and several issues, I will never use Enterprise for my personal business. The fleet is usually dirty and in bad condition. This has gotten progressively worse in the past two years. I have never experienced this kind of stuff with any other rental company before.

Needed a vehicle during Christmas holidays to have a road trip with my son in the military and to spend Christmas with our family. Once again, Enterprise came through for me with fast, dependable, affordable, and professional service from the office US 41, Terre Haute, IN. Great vehicle and we had a worry free trip. The Wabash Enterprise location has the best service and staff. They always communicate well, do what they can to assist and make sure everything goes smoothly. They are top notch. First-class all the way!

My experience with Enterprise Rental has been great! I travel for work weekly which puts me on a very prompt schedule. The service is always quick, stress less, and pleasant. Rob, the store manager has always been very accommodating, flexible, and friendly. I have rented from the Enterprise South in the past, but when I found out Rob changed locations I decide to follow suit. He does a great job and because of his great service I am forever a Enterprise customers. Great job team and thank you!

My last rental I booked a month in advance. They forgot about it. When I called to ask about the car because it hadn't come yet - they fumbled around and said they'd get it right over. They brought me a Dodge Dart, which I was very unhappy with. It was all they had - mind you I booked this a month prior.

We came to enterprise for the price, and we stay for the customer service. These people always have out best interests at heart. Only one minor snag, we rented a GPS for our trip, it hadn't been updated in 39 months! We were taken out to the middle of nowhere while on vacation, scary 2 hrs! So I guess check to make sure your GPS is updated before leaving! Other than that, we have never had any issues, and will always go to this Enterprise.
