I ordered my tank in early october on Micro Reefs website via paypal. I purchased it with my credit card. I still have not recieved the tank. I contacted Mike Guerrero several times and during our conversations he says that he is out of stock and waiting on the manufacture to ship. I said to him that his website is misleading and that he should have his inventory in stock if its stated on the site. I am very fustruated and I contacted PayPal who said that the funds couldnt be returned without merchants cooperation. I am wanting a refund and Mike is now avoiding my calls. I know that its not a large amount of money but somehow seems petty to take to small claims. What is even more fustrating is that it was a gift for christmas to my husband. Guess I will be going to Neptune Aquatics
