We ordered a rocker recliner with my wifes choice of fabric. Took 42 days. Uppolestry job was horrrible. Talked to the Temple store, they were all talk. Talked with the HaHa Solution Dept in Okl City two different women;. SORRY your chair is within guidelines. A young guy from the store came out took pics agreed that the chair had a bad uppolstery job. Two weeks later no help. They won't even return my calls. I went to the store and the manager was "in a meeting".. DON'T SHOP BOB MILLS
Attention to all people that live in the Temple, Belton, and Killeen, TX areas. Please don't support Bob Mills Furniture. We purchased furniture from them and we explained to them in detail what we were looking for and they sold us this set. We had the furniture less than 2 months and as I was fixing the cushions on the couch and I happened to look at them closely. Each of the cushions looked as if they had been put together by someone in their first day of sewing class.I took them to the store to speak with the manager about it and they had their solution team reach out to me. When they emailed me, I was asked to send pictures of the cushions. So I sent pictures as they requested. I did started to look at the furniture even more. I noticed more damage on the sofas and pillows. The furniture was never inspected before leaving the factory. There are threads coming out on every piece, the furniture is shedding and so much more.When the service tech came out to view the damages, he said it was fixable but i would have to shave the furniture on a regular basis. I thought he was joking but he was not. I requested to have the furniture exchanged because of the poor quality. I spoke with supervisor of solution team and also spoke with the store manager, no one was willing to do anything. The furniture is garbage and i will never shop there again. The sales person showed little to no concern about our issue. Please spread the word and not support this company. Once they get your money, this is all they are concerned about.
Bob Mills Furniture in Temple, TX really dropped the ball with me. The only good experience I had was when I walked into the store; readily and kindly approached by a young salesman. I purposely went to Bob Mills Furniture store in search of getting a sleep test done and purchasing a new mattress set...which I did. I'm a disabled Veteran who has served well over 10yrs...the young salesman tried to get me free delivery but his Sales Manager told him, "No, I had to be active duty!" So, I had to pay for delivery (so much for respecting those who have sacrificed their time & lives for this country with Bob Mills Sales Managers). But thank you Ashley Furniture for honoring Veterans and Active Duty alike. I'll definitely be back.Next, I was told I would receive a call the day before my delivery date to confirm and set an agreeable time frame for my upcoming, Saturday delivery. I never received a call and whenever I called to check on Friday (with the automated system or customer service rep) I was told there had been no input yet, but I would certainly be called...I wasn't! So, when I checked late Friday night...the automated system informed me that I have a delivery time, pending for Saturday, between 4:30p-6:30p. I had plans that would not have me being home during this time...but so much for my life, time, or Saturday plans. And when I called for explanation...all I was offered was an apology and option to reschedule. Thank you for nothing but an unnecessary headache Bob Mills Furniture!In summary...I was shown no respect by Bob Mills Furniture (except for the young Salesman who helped me) as a Woman, as a Veteran, as a Customer, as a Someone whose time matters. I will NEVER shop there again and advise no one else to shop there...especially Women, Veteran, Customers who don't make it a habit to have their TIME WASTED and BE TAKEN FOR GRANTED! Again, thank you Bob Mills Furniture but certainly...No Thank You!!!

It was getting old to miss work waiting for delivery so I went by the store to ensure the sales person entered the right order the day I paid in full AUGUST 3RD.Today, August 27th I was promised delivery for the third time and nobody came. The worst experience!!! I would NEVER give them my business again
Horrible experience. Purchased over $9,000.00 dollars worth of merchandise, and I have had nothing but issues from the day of delivery. Initial delivery: 1 1/2 hours late past the window time frame that was given. Did not have the necessary parts to put my daughters bed together. Delivered my $4,700 dollar mattress to some else on an earlier delivery, and tried to give me their mattress. Had to go back to the store the next day to try to get the parts to fix my daughters bed, and to have a new mattress made. One of the floor managers said that he would refund the shipping charges, but as of six weeks later, no refund. So the new mattress was delivered a week later, but this time they had the specific sides switched and we had to flip the mattress around so my wife and I could sleep on our specific sides. Some people may think I'm being picky, but at $4,700 dollars you would think that they could at least get the sides correct., and not have to flip the mattress around to make up for their mistake. Now for the straw that broke the camel's back, or better yet my back. At the point of sell, we were informed that if we purchased the mattress protector, we would have 90 nights to try out the mattress, and if we were not satisfied, we could return the mattress and only be out a 10% restocking fee. You can even view ole bob mills himself at http://www.bobmillsfurniture.com/bob-mills-sleep-spa.asp where he says 90 nites for 90 nites or it's 90% free. Well, what they don't inform you is you can not get a refund. What you get is the pleasure of, in my case, paying $470 (10% restock fee) and then using the remaining $4,230 to purchase another bob mills mattress of equal or greater value. Yeah. Complete rip off. This was not expressed to my wife and I at the point of sale, and only brought up to my attention once I requested a refund. The floor manager informed me that they do not take back mattresses, and that no one in the business does. Well, he is either ignorant, or just lying to my face, as I know that Mattress Firm will refund 100% of your purchase price of the mattress, up to 100 days. I also know that Sleep Number also will allow you 100 days and refund you money minus the shipping charges, if you are not completely satisfied. Sorry to rant, but after retiring from the Army after 21 years, I was just looking for a comfortable bed to ease the wear and tear on my body. Unfortunately, I did not receive that from bob mills in Temple, TX; only the worst buying experience in my life.
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! I agreed to order a couch in October and was assured I would have it for Thanksgiving. A week before, I was told it would not be in in time but would be here the following Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday came and no word. When I called, I was told they would look into it.... After several tries to get ahold of Don (sales person) or Dustin (sales manager), I was finally told the sofa would arrive December 19! I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted a refund. Dustin told me he would try to cancel it and would get back to me that day. Again, never heard from him and efforts to call were always met with "He's with a customer" or "He stepped out". Never ever deal with this store!
OKC STORE IS GREAT !!!!! Customer service at the Temple store is just one step below a thrift store - horrible. I purchased an item, but it was not in the store. I asked them to sell me the floor model, "we can't do that". So they ordered it - should have been here the following Sunday, but the sales person said "I'll check up on this daily to be sure everything is okay" with my order. Sunday came - no bad news from the sales man, so I went to the store to pick up my items - no furniture and no sales guy. So I called Dustin (manager) who told me HE would take care of things - offered me the floor model at a discount. I said I'd wait for the new item. He said it would be here Wednesday. He called Tuesday, said it was in the store. I showed up Wednesday (3rd time now) and they said they would get the item for me. Other people came/went with their stuff, but mine did not come out. So, I asked for a refund - another store manager comes out (Nelson) to tell me he was sorry and he would fix thinkgs - then walks off. A few minutes later, he calls his clerk to tell her to tell me my furniture is ready. Interesting, but at this point I thought they should give me a refund or offer me something. All i got was zero customer service - and after a little under an hour in the store, my refund. I'll not be back. If you have to go to this store, ask for Dustin.
