I wish I could give a Blackout star as a rating. First of all, The waiting time to speak to a representative is ridiculous. You have an option to leave a voicemail but I have never gotten a call back when I leave a message. I called back in November to refinance a vehicle loan, and the representative Hannah, advised me that in order to refinance my Loan I had to add a product... Wow. I ended up adding this supposedly amazing extended warranty on my vehicle for $1,200. My vehicle was having problems with the AC unit and transmission (supposedly covered by my warranty) and now I am stuck with a $2,500 because the amazing warranty covered $0. I am still waiting on someone to call me back and explain to me what it's going on ..:
DO NOT USE THEM!!! Earlier this year we opened a savings account, got their credit card and a truck loan. It has been a mess since day one. They added fees to the loan and it took a few calls and email to straighten it out. Since then, they have taken credit card payments and deposited them into my savings, then charged me late fees for not paying the credit card bill!! Yes, they are friendly but very few know what the heck they're doing! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
