I purchased a 2007 Hyundai Entourage from Jay, in November. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is needing a car. My payments were right at the price I told Melvin, they needed to be and they even serviced my car after my warranty was up for a blown out tire and it was so much cheaper than what discount tire told me. The sales people do tell you they still help customers with repairs on cost by charging less than most repair shops. Also Any Credit Auto Sales pays customer to refer buys, so if you buy a car and you tell a friend or co worker or just a random person, you get $200 bucks, just as long as they mention your name.
If I could give Something below one star I would. But I would like my experience to be voiced so people can avoid such dishonesty and thievery. So, I was on the highway and the person in front of me hit a FULL shred off semi tire, this came out from under his car and hit mine head on. Taking the front bumper off at about 70MPH, it drug under my car with the full tire for a minute and ended up curling out the driver side. Upon being pushed out, it dented my driver side door on the bottom pretty good. I have full coverage so I didn't think it would be such a big deal, little did I know that I would feel cheated or of the whole experience. ONE! I had to take my car back for the FIRST time. Here is the list of everything wrong, my car door was not placed back together correct, so my car would NOT lock and my remote start WOULD NOT work for the whole weekend, as they DID NOT see urgency in my situation. They did NOT replace the chrome piece under my Honda emblem as it "looked like a rock chip, and not apart of the accident." (Their words/ excuses) Even though my car was literally four months old with nothing wrong with it before hand. After I had complete front end damage and it was notated in the report from my insurance. My front bumper was also not flush with my car, the corner of the brand new bumper on the passenger side was sticking out, and on he driver side the NEW bumper was also CHIPPED. There was cheap cleaner not wiped on my car, it was everywhere. I even asked the guy to come out and take it off the passenger side handle as it wasn't coming off easy. He had to remove it with another cleaner. I called about 30 minutes later to explain everything to be blown off, they promised to COME TO ME on Monday and clean it, no surprise here but no call, nothing from them. And then there was a scuff on the back bumper like they backed into something. Lightly by enough to make a mark and I was unable to clean it off. Part two next!

I called to make an apt at service for oil change. I had to reiterate more than once that I only wanted an oil change , and no tire rotation and that my car did not take synthetic oil.. we agreed on a day and time. . and we did include taking care of a recall. A reminder was left for me .. on voice mail for a different time of day and only an oil change. I called to question why the changes. in the end the service person (M) whom I was talking with ( the same as the day before) argued with me what we agreed on for service apt and the time and told me , quite curtly , that I could come in anytime I wanted to.. her annoyance was very clear.. and now I can only say that the time I chose was NEVER. my concern being that this is my first contact, the bar was too low for expectations on the actual service to be performed.
Upfront and honest! They sent me pictures of the problem with my car and even let me know about some things I didn't know about, I was able to get all the repairs done same day and they let me barrow a car while they did it. Thanks Guys!!
DO NOT GO HERE. They will take advantage of you if they think you don't know anything about cars.They did a diagnostic on my vehicle (which cost an extra $110, even if you get the work done there) and told me my intake manifold was "cracked near where the brake booster connects". Rick gave me a $1300 quote for repair. I knew that was unlikely and got a second opinion on it. Turns out it was just a bad gasket on my PCV valve, which cost under $400 to repair. On top of that, Rick told me a new intake manifold was $690 from the dealer, that he "made no money" off dealer parts, and couldn't even give me a 10% discount for being a student. But when I called the dealer myself, they told me a new intake manifold costs $490! I understand mechanics have to make money, but not by being crooked and dishonest. They did not tell me that the diagnostic fee COULD NOT be applied to any repairs, which is not usual at most places, in addition to a wrong diagnosis and overall lack of care and customer service.
