Overall

spent 2 hours with the seller of a camera i needed for a project. the seller arranged for pick up at tempe because the scan said, and i was told and t it was there by ups head office. drove 60 miles to find it wasn't even in phoenix!!

it was needed that day for a work project.

after speaking with their head-office and telling them the requirement was for today , or no later than 12pm the following morning, for the project. they apologised and told me they would make sure it was the first delivery of the morning...
well!! No show so far and i have lost the work contract.

Overall

Previous reviewers at least were able to contact UPS by phone to get incorrect information. All I get is a busy signal, not even a call waiting queue.

This place is AWFUL! Same experience as the first person that reviewed it... why in the HELL are you going to try to deliver a package 3 days in a row at the same time (around 11:30) when people who work day jobs are not home? Thats a big waste of time and resources. Then I called to have it reserved on will call so that I could just go get it. When I got there and gave them the necessary info, the proceeded to tell me that my package was "Still on the truck" (WHY was it there to begin with when I reserved it for will call?????). They told me to come back in between 7:30 and 8:30 PM. Oh sure, let me just get back in my car and drive all the way back over there. I called the next day to make sure the package was going to be there for me and the girl in customer service spoke to me like I was stupid for asking these questions, after THEY are the ones that made the mistake. Because of this, I am going to try to stay away from ordering things from sites that use UPS.

I have had the WORST experienc...

I have had the WORST experience with UPS. I cannot understand why a delivery truck would come at the same time each weekday during when most people are at work. If the person was not there the first day at 2 pm...there is a good chance they will also not be there at 2 pm the next day or the next day after that at 2 pm. I called to see if I could pick up my package but was not told the detail that I was going to have to pick it up at a table in the parking lot after 7:30 pm. I went to the actual location to pick my package up after yet another failed attempt on their part to drop it off--Gee, I guess it is because again they tried to drop it off at 2 pm on a Friday. After I had to call a second time for location directions because the lady on the phone the first time gave me crappy directions, I finally made it. They said that they did not have my package--it was on the truck. This is when they told me I could pick it up in the parking lot at a table at 7:30 pm-----IS THIS A REAL COMPANY??? Why are they driving around day after day keeping packages hostage on their truck and coming at times people are not home every weekday? I just want my package. The attitude I got from the people at UPS was that this is my fault some how. Isn't their job to deliver people's packages? It has been days, multiple phone calls, and even a trip to the UPS location and I am still packageless. Very, very disappointing!!!
