Dr. Patty is a very compassionate and kind person, but I'm not convinced she is a highly skilled vet. She misdiagnosed my yorkie for 1.5 years - when I kept telling her something was wrong, and she wouldn't believe. Turned out he had both Atypical Cushings and hypothyroid, which is no small deal. Also, with my other yorkie who has severe allergies, she kept telling me there was nothing to treat it - when actually, there is OTC meds, steroids, Temaril P, Atopica, and Apoquel. VERY disappointed to say the least.
