I WILL NEVER ADVICE THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!

On june 9,2009 I ordered the Band Be Hold - Maternity Belly Band. After 7 days I had not received my item yet, so I called the company and I talked to CS Anna Alvarado ext 151, which told me that she had not new status info about my item and she need to call the wear-house to confirm, she told me she would email me with info. IT NEVER HAPPENED. The day after I called again and spoke with another CS Antony Ext 143, which told me the same thing, and again, THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK.
The day after, tied of waiting I called to CANCEL the order, and the CS Sierra Ext 163. She told me the order was canceled, so I asked her to send me a confirmation, but again I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL. With doubt I called the same day to make sure the order was cancelled, but another CS told me that the order was not canceled cuz it was already shipped!!!
I asked the tracking number, she told me she did not have one (incredible). I asked to speak with a supervisor, but she said I could not, she said she needed to contact the wear-house to know the tracking number. The last phone call I spoke with the CS Jeff Ext 129, again he confirmed the item was shipped on June 11/ 2009 and I would received it in few days, I asked the tracking number but he said like all the others he needed to contact the wear-house. WIth a big frustration I told me I would call him in 20 minutes and if by that time he would not have a tracking number I was going to call my bank to

10 minutes after some called me from the company to tell me that there it was a mistake and the ITEM WAS ACTUALLY NEVER SHIPPED! SHE TOLD ME THAT IF I WANTED THEY WOULD HAVE SHIPPED TODAY....
I MEAN THIS IS A JOKE RIGHT? I AKSED HER TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...I A STILL WAITING...I THINK THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS COMPANY FROM STEALING MY MONEY IS TO DISPUTE THE PAYMENT WITH MY BANK....
DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
