Ï purchased a vehicle from this dealership in August. Since then, ï sent two referrals who also purchased a vehicle. Terrance Carter who said he was the General Manager, stated ï would receive a $200 incentive per referral within a couple of days after they purchase a vehicle. As of today, Ï haven’t received anything. 2 weeks ago, ï contacted the dealership, after repeatedly contacting Terrance with no response, to get an update and spoke to two different sales reps who stated they would relay the message to Julie, Rick and/or Terrance. Ï never received a call back so ï called once a day until ï finally reached Julie (the owner) who immediately was unprofessional telling me they knew nothing about an incentive and she would talk to Terrance and give me a call back.Ï, again, never received a phone call back. Ï spoke to Julie a week later who was still unprofessional saying she has not communicated with Terrance and Terrance was not directly part of the company and they do not have $200 referral incentives. Earlier this week, Terrance stated a check will be ready for me to pick up. After contacting the dealership to see if it was ready, they stated they knew nothing about a check and proceeded to tell me they would speak to Terrance/management. As of today, No one has called me to give me a further update or offered to give me any type of incentive for both referrals. This company is unprofessional, unorganized, and dishonest and does not know how to communicate within their team. Ï will never do business with them again, especially not Terrance who has been completely dishonest.
These guys are great and I always get honest and professional service. I highly recommend them and won't take my bike anywhere else.
Stay Away- Dont know if the owner knows what he wants to be. Weather an actor, pilot, or motorcycle fabricator, he clearly doesn't have time for his customers. Approached them with a small job for a custom subframe, 1 weeks job tops. Gave them a two week time frame( which they agreed to and were confident in) and it took 2 months to complete. The majority of the work was rushed in one night after many visits and phone calls to pressure them to get done. Not only that, but they cant follow simple directions. Apparently when you tell them you want it painted black, what you get is a can of black spray paint.I will acknowledge my concept wasn't great looking to begin with, but after seeing initial mock ups I got my hopes up. The final product was no where near the mockup. And as for craftsmanship, I cant weld (especially aluminum) but, I've seen better welds from a drunken redneck.
Brought my Honda V65 Magna to the shop off Kyrene and talked to a cycle tech named Robert. He was soft spoken though passionate about my electrical problems and getting them solved. Dropped it off on Friday and got a call Monday to pick it up. Upon arriving Robert smiled at me and said all fixed. Price was reasonable but the service was excellent. Hes my new wrench... Thanks Maxim for getting me back on the road... Joe Nelson
French is the mechanic and he is a miracle worker most of the shops in the valley call him when they can't fix a bike. He is honest and doesn't sell you crap you don't need . He is the perfect mechanic if you want your ride fixed right. Call Cyclewerks of Tempe. Ask for French
Had a bumper powder coated and it came out perfect. great price and great to work with.
I took my Honda XR 250 in to get the fork seal replaced, degrease/lube the chain and have the exhaust pipe reconnected to the bike because its hanging by a rope.. the mechanic said he could do it all quoting me less than $200, and said it would be done in 2 weeks or less. i received a call from him about a week and a half later telling me it would be done on the Saturday but never heard from him... it wasn't finished until Tuesday almost 3 weeks later and when i went to go pick it up the chain had not been cleaned or lubed, the exhaust pipe was still hanging on by the rope, he didn't clean the oil from the front hub and front brakes making it dangerous to ride. To top it all off he charged me $240!!! he was pushy mean and seemed to lack the care for doing a good job on my moto. He did fix the seals but that's it. I DO NOT recommend going here!
