Beyond terrible service. I ordered something from the UK by a very reputable seller and it was held hostage by US customs and the FDA. DHL was responsible for communications that would release the items for delivery. After two weeks of failed communications with staff they notified me that it would be sent back. Not to worry though because it would be sent back for FREE. wow. What a disgrace. A single email asking for the appropriate information would have sufficed, but they could not even do that. Two days before they sent it back they finally asked me for my SSN and address, but it was too late. AVOID SHIPPING ANYTHING FROM OVER SEAS USING DHL. what a disaster.
