I was having trouble with my T-Mobile cell phone so I went to the T-Mobile store in Temecula off Winchester for assistance. They were not able to help me but they referred me to WEFiiX in the same lot. I went there and they spent about 20 minutes looking at my phone and gave me a fix for it that I could do myself and did not charge me. This is what I call GREAT service. I will definitely go there for my next cell phone or laptop issues. Thanks WEFiiX for restoring my faith in humans and business.Ernie
These guys are an absolute rippoff. We bought a phone charger and a cell phone car mount holder in August 2016. The phone charger just did not work properly, when driving for over an hour with the phone connected to it we would see less than 20% charge level. The cell phone car mount holder which they told us would be able to stick and be setup on any type of dashboard surface or window did neither. We were told at Cellular Access Temecula that we could bring back the equipment within 60 days, but to our surprise a few weeks later when we tried to return the equipment they took out a sign FROM A DRAWER (which was NOT displayed before) stating returns were only allowed during 7 days after sale. We were baffled at the flat out lying these guys seem to be used to, which is even worse than the non-working ripoff products they offer.
Don't buy anything from them they have a no return policy however the sign is not visible from the different countertops that they actually ring you up from stead of taking you over to the register so that you could see that they ring it for the counters I bought a cell phone case woman style that holds six credit cards it wouldn't stay closed when I tried to explain this to him and turn it they said they had a no return policy

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM "CELL ACCESS" IN THE MALL. THEIR STUFF IS JUNK. BOUGHT CHARGING CORDS FOR MY I PHONE THEY STOPPED WORKING IN 2 DAYS THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT AND EVEN THOUGH THEY ADMITTED REMEMBERING ME THEY REFUSED TO EVEN EXCHANGE THE JUNK THEY SOLD TO ME.THEN TOLD ME THEY WOULD GIVE ME A DISCOUNT AND RAISED THE PRICE FROM $9 TO $19 BUT 1 MINUTE BEFORE SOLD THE SAME THING FOR $15 TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND LIED TO ME SAYING THEY WOULD GIVE ME DISCOUNT FROM $19 T0 $15. TOTALLY RUDE AND IGNORANT SALES PERSONS WHO ARE NOT AFRAID TO LIE AND SELL YOU SOMETHING THAT WILL NOT WORK . REFUSED A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. THESE ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. WILL UPDATE AFTER MY LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM.
This is an awesome store. They help the customers in anyway they can. Other retailers don't know what comes with the package that the customers get if they get new phones. But people in this store really know their job. People who came and left there where grateful for their superb service. Special mention to Nathan and his manager who helped me get a new phone as a replacement for the 2 defective phones customer care sent me when we ordered it over the phone. So happy that I went to this store.
