The menu, which is paired with Callaway's award-winning wines, changes seasonally. Our Executive Chef believes in serving guests the freshest, most flavorful dishes with a cooking philosophy that stems from passion for quality food, farming and creating in the kitchen. This is apparent not only in the food, but also in the fact that we maintain an onsite greenhouse and garden for Meritage. Many of the ingredients used by the restaurant come from the greenhouse and garden when available, otherwise we source and support seasonal, sustainable food from local farmers.
