03/10/15 I needed wind deflector for my 05 scion tc, Elsewhere didn't have, dealer item only, or gonna cost me 950.00 bucks. I made 1 phone call to Temecula Auto Glass , they had one only 140.00 for glass and install and they could do it that day. It literally took them 20 minutes from time I pulled in to done . will never go anywhere else from now on . Thanks guys . Joe Duncan

I went to get my cat window fixed because my car was broken into and when I got my car back the doors were making a clicking sound, like the doors were trying to lock, the sound continued all day and then I realized it was because my passenger wouldn't lock. This sound wasn't present before they worked on my passenger door and my passenger door locked that morning before taking my car there. So I called them and they said to bring the car in and they would fix the lock. They couldn't figure out what they did wrong and couldn't fix the lock, then they tried to claim is wasn't there fault. Mind you my car is brand new with no problems. I was talking to a man and asked to speak to the owner and he said that the owner comes and goes and he wasn't sure when he would be in next. I am pretty sure the man I was talking to was the owner and he was just lying! I then took the car to a mechanic friend of mine who said that my lock issue was absolutely the fault of this place. Do not take your car here because if they make a mistake they don't know how to fix it and are complete liars!!!

So, I think its important to say that not everyone is happy when you take into consideration that in today's age, there are people that want things for free and will look for any minor issue to complain about; in hopes of getting something for less or for free.



I will also say........."there are two sides to every story". So the best way to verify something is to experience it for yourself. With that been said, in my experience; with several vehicles, mind you.............I have had nothing but A+ quality, A+ customer service and A+ workmanship on my vehicles tinted at #1 Lowest Price Auto Glass.



Two brothers run the company, and are always present to greet you and ensure you are nothing but 100% satisfied with their services. They have some great employees whom share the same principles of making sure your happy and if you watch them work from the open bay door, you'll see just how much pride they take in their job and your vehicle.........



Also, I've searched all over, you will not find a better price for the quality any where in Temecula, Murrieta or Menifee. If you do, I would bet that it's not an established business that will be around when your cheap tint job fails.

Brought a new vehicle here to have side and rear windows tinted. After completion, there were/are air bubbles and lint between the glass and tint on the rear window. When I brought it back to take them up on their "Satisfaction Guarantee", I was told that "no tint job is ever perfect" and that they wouldn't redo the window. Pretty disappointed in how they completely dismissed my concerns and were unwilling to work with me.

Took my van in for a new windshield. They came highly recommended and I'm glad I went. Great service, fabulous price, and very friendly staff. I will go here for all my future glass needs.

This place was recommended to me when i bought my car from the BMW dealership. The service was fast and honest. The quality was good and priced lower than originally quoted. I ended up bringing in my Acura TL to have the tint fixed that was installed from a different shop. It looks great and cost less than other places around town. I would reccommend them to all my friends. thanks!

I took in my Toyota Yaris to replace my broken passenger window and get it tinted. It was done in about an hour and the price was much lower than other places I called in town. It looks great and I couldn't be happier with the service!

On Aug 22, i paid $263.98 for 1 auto windshield and 2 side mirrors. The same day i call to cancel 1 side mirror. Aug 24, I got 1 mirror install and was told by the owner named Ray that the other (1) mirror was successfully cancelled and that he will process the $35 refund and to give three weeks for the refund to show. Oct 22, I called the merchant but was told the only one that can help me is Ray. i left a message to Ray that its been two months now and i still havent seen his refund. I was told that Ray will call me back. Did not hear from anyone that day. Oct 27, I drove to the merchant shop and spoke with Chris. Again I was told no one can process the refund but Ray. Chris talk to Ray over the phone and told me that Ray said he had already process the refund. I told him no he didnt because i wouldnt waste my time driving down here for $35 if the credit was on my statement. Chris said Ray wont be in until 10am. I came back at 10 am with 3 months of bank statement and clearly show Ray the full $263.98 was charged but no $35 refund was ever process. This time Ray can't tell me that he already process the refund and for me to just continue waiting. Instead he took my card number down and told me he will have to call the "marketplace" during business hour to process my refund. This make no sense to me because i have never dealt with a merchant that cant process refund right away using the same machine that they charge my credit card and provide me a credit slip. By this time I already spent more than two hours and have a newborn at home so I just said fine and told him if i dont see the refund i will be disputing the charge through my bank. I know its only $35 but bottomline is I don't want to and I shouldn't have to pay for item/service that I never got from this crooked merchant that is avoiding giving me my money. IF YOU EVER EXPECT A REFUND MAYBE YOU HAVE BETTER LUCK TO SEEING THAT MONEY THAN ME. I HAVE SINCE FILE A DISPUTE THROUGH MY BANK. ZERO STAR!!

this glass shop is guaranteed the lowest price in Temecula its definitly recommended and they really do have good quality glass, its American and does not break at all!! and they even do windowtinting for a very low price!! I WOULD SAY CHECK THEM OUT, GIVE THEM A CALL .

i totaly recomand this place to anyone who needs a windshild or window tenting they do match there name and do have the lowest price in town and also very great service and give a life time waranty and you cant even tell that your winsheld has been replaced....
