excellent EXCELLENT service. This guy is down to earth, and actually LISTENS to you. He doesn't charge if the problem can't be fixed (except for the initial diagnostic which he only charged $20 to tell me what the REAL problem was)

this guy knew what he was doing. He may have not had the customer service bit down, but was nice enough and practical. The most attractive part was the service prices. I've never seen prices this low. Best buy ripped me off for $100, when this guy charged $60 for the same service. He also made the diagnostic free, even tho it's advertised for $20 he just bundled it

Affordable and quick. Really nice guy got my computer fixed exactly when he said it would be done. Will be using him again.
