This was my Go-To Lowes until recently. On 7/11, instead of getting my free Slurpee, I made a purchase here of a single item. I paid in cash and used the MyLowes card to register the purchase. The card is registered to an e-mail that is used only for Lowes (sending and receiving.) Everything Lowes is in that account and that account alone. 15 days later, I receive an e-mail asking me to review the item I purchased. The problem is, it was sent to a personal e-mail that Lowes does not know about. Even if the e-mail was a phish, how did the employee(s)/company know about my other e-mail? I even drove a car not registered to my name/address.UPDATE: Finally received a response from someone. They stated that the each store has files on every customer that extends past the MyLowes account. They never explained how this store obtained my information and who has access to it. I have only been shopping there for 3 years and have never given them my personal e-mail address, and have always presented the store card. Even when asked my phone number, I tell them I register the receipt online. Something stinks about this whole escapade.
