I received a call at my business requesting a copy of my phone bill to get a quote for discounted service. At first I was hesitant but I did want to save money so I faxed it over. Not only did they save me a lot of money every month, I got an analysis for a brand new phone system and it paid for itself. Now I'm switching over my landline service which is a big savings as well. I wish I would have heard about them sooner! Great customer service as well!
I decided to write a post as I went to this company as I was referred by a neighbor. I then decided to check them out on-line. I noticed they had some bad reviews and hidden deeper they had some good reviews as well. My neighbor who referred me has had their service for over three years and he said he preferred them over Verizon any day. When I called in to ask for information the representative who attended me was very informative and happy to help me. I signed up with them and I believe the company is a great company everything that I signed up for and what was stated to me has been true to their word. So today I came to write a review as many happy customer like my neighbor or myself don't come to write a good review. Many people are always quick to get mad and react and no one ever has time to write a good review. I have had this company service for three months and I would recommend this company to any one and that is why I'm giving this great company a fighting chance over the handful of bad reviews as this company has been in service for close to 20years and literally you can count on one hand the bad reviews which was the reason why I gave them a try besides my neighbor. I hope this helps any one.
Customer Service at this establishment is terrible. The Internet service is terrible. We have had issues from day one since becoming subscribers. We have left messages with managers with no replies like no one cares. Internet service is spotty if that. Frequent disconnects, high latency, with very minimal improvement in the year I have been subscribed. Beware of signing up with these people! Staff is friendly however, will give them that.
