Service at this Nissan Dealership for maintenance is the absolute best. Okay true story! I got rear ended at stop sign. I called Sammy Nuno who is my Service adviser at Temecula Nissan. Sammy had made the calls to a Nissan Body shop and the shop was ready for me. Sammy was there to talk to my insurance adjuster and kept me informed the whole time. Sammy, who has always been this amazing person, also helped me with the most trying of times, my first accident. I am a 60 year old woman with tight expectations as to what customer service means and today, most places do not have that customer service and expect customers to keep coming back. Well, here is one place that has the same expectations that I have in how customers are to be treated. It is truly Temecula Nissan. This place is Great. I have a Mechanic that is available for any questions I have and takes the time to know my 2013 Sentra, named baby. I am into safety on the road and thanks to Sammy Nuno and Mr. J. Goodman(18 yrs exp.) I know that I am safe on the road. I drive about 35,000 a year. At Temecula Nissan, when servicing your car, you are more than a customer, you are part of a old fashioned business model, you are family and appreciated. Which is so rare in business today. I make the 45 minute drive due to trust I have in my team at Temecula Nissan. Oh, I almost forgot!! It was so very nice to have all my maintenance reports sent to me by E-mail for the insurance adjusters ready!! Thank you Temecula Nissan!!!! oh yeah!!!! Everything was update and easily transmitted to the insurance company. So, I am never, ever, ever going anywhere else. Thank you Sammy and Mr. Goodman for always being on my car care team. May God Bless you for all you do and have done. Their body shop was also excellent.
From the moment I walked on the lot to the moment I drove off the experience was top notch. Tyler, our sales associate was no pressure and all accommodating. He showed me all my options without the typical dealer hustle. He was down to earth and let ME decide what was best for me. Jason in finance was a hoot and even texted me back from his vacation spot in Florida to let me know everything was taken care of and in the hands of Brian who was awesome and on point. My last three vehicles were Chevy's but my experience at Temecula Hyundai truly was a transformational experience and I look forward to my next vehicle purchase with Temecula Hyundai.
My husband and I went to the Temecula Nissan dealership to see a 2013 Ford Edge that was advertised on their website. We made an appointment with Jeff Barr and had a great experience from beginning to end. We ended up leasing a 2015 Nissan Murano one week later all because of Jeff's professionalism, non-sales approach, flexibility and because he was very conscious of our time. My husband and I have been married 20 years and in that time have never bought a new car, we have always bought a used car outright. I am really enjoying my new car and would go back to Jeff when my kids our in the market for a car.
BUY FROM LIZ FUNDERBURG...all I can say is this woman helped me over a period of 2 week find the right car and taught me to be a way better consumer and to appreciate honesty in car dealers. I live in San Diego and HATE to buy new cars. LIZ made me feel I was always her main concern. I know I was because she would call when she said she was going to even if it was inconvenient for her. I just would like to say "Thank You" so much to Sam my advisor. He is truly amazing and very professional. He's honest and trustworthy. I took my car in for some transmission work, and he made sure that everything was done properly and made sure I was able to get a rental car in the meantime. Sam also made sure he kept in contact with me as far as updates and just reassuring me that everything was going to be ok and covered under warrenty. Terry helped me get my finances in order and was able to get me a monthly payment and a down payment within my budget, he was also very friendly! Marty was very pleasant and accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. Although the process started at 11am and we're approaching 9pm, the staff here are very professional. I'd caution lowering someone's trade in value because of a factory recall, I almost walked on the deal... that wasn't very pleasant and I'd probably not do that in the future.
This was my first time buying from Hyundai and it was an amazing experience. The customer service was wonderful and they did everything to make sure I was happy and got everything I needed. I had Amanda for my sales person and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very accommodating. I am more than happy with my experience!
Jonathan Schneider was amazing. He was very helpful and pleasant from the time we entered the lot until the time that we drove off in our new ford. He was great with my children and kept them entertained while we signed our financial agreements and I just can't sat enough great things about how he made our experience so wonderful.
