Postal ASAP

I understand that businesses have to ask customers to wear masks when entering their business as per Governor Newsom's "mandate" but when you specifically tell customers "no mask no service" it's becoming your policy.

I had visited this place twice. The first time they charged me $8 for a fax that never went through yet after I faxed it at another facility I had no problem. They are not only expensive but the thing that got my attention was how unbelievably rude they are.

The second time I had to drop off a Fedex package. I kindly asked the Indian woman where I can drop off my package and if it needed to be scanned. She brushed me off and pointed at a huge pile of packages, no scanning. I sure hope my package doesn't get lost. I then asked her if I can buy a stamp. She said, "$.65". The cost of a stamp is $.49. She was about to hand me the stamp when I gave her a $20 bill then said, "Oh no. It's okay" and put the stamp back. I stood there confused waiting for her to say something. She rudely just said, "No change" and helped the person behind me. During this time, several people came in and out and I noticed she would only be nice to certain people and changed her attitude with others. If you can't keep your judgements or attitude in check, you shouldn't be running a business or working customer service. Better yet, what kind of business doesn't have change for a $20 bill?

Postal ASAP in Tehachapi is a great place for all your postal needs! The postal boxes are available 24X7 via a separate door, so you can pick up your mail after the front counter of the store has closed. Almost all postal services are available, and there is also a notary public if you need to have some documents signed. if you live west of downtown Tehachapi, this facility is almost 3 miles closer than driving to the main US Post Office on Voyager Drive. Postal ASAP is in the same shopping center as Albertsons, which means you only need to make one stop for both mail and groceries. If you have a postal box, the store accepts your packages from FedEx, UPS, OnCall, etc. The staff sends you an email whenever a package arrives that does not fit into your box. All of your packages are held inside the store until you pick them up. The staff at Postal ASAP is always helpful and friendly! The owners have another Postal ASAP store in the San Fernando Valley which has been in operation for several years, and is very successful. They have extensive experience in running this type of business. Note that there are only a few negative reviews on this site compared to the hundreds of people who visit the store on any given day. The vast majority of customers have a good experience!

This place has lost so much of my mail. (Including mail that is sent with tracking numbers.) I cannot recommend.

Today i went in to scan and email forms , and they mixed them up and sent them to the wrong place. Now i have to go redo it, and i hope i don't have to pay again!!!

Went in to ship a box and I wanted a tracking number but instead my box got literally thrown into a pile of other ones (being fragile) and I don't even get a word out of the employee. I seriously hope my package gets to where it's going since I won't know. Such rude rude people that work here.

This used to be a good place. I went in yesterday and they were SO rude. All I was asking is how much postage it takes to mail a postcard and they kept telling me I needed 60 cent stamps or forever stamps.. so I bought forever stamps and I don't need them. The postage needed for a postcard is only 34 cents. They should have known that, but the new owners or whoever was running it yesterday was rude and took my money without thought. Now I have 25 postcard forever stamps... and a box of 37 cent Stamps that I could have used instead. So irritating. and then when I went to leave I said thank you and they just looked at me. Worst customer service ever. I won't be returning.
