All American did a horrible alignment on my vehicle. The backend of my car was so bad I went through multiple sets of tires. I repeatidly went back to them telling them that my car wasn't right. Eventually, I had to take my car to another shop. Customer service was terrible and they told me I needed to pay for a new alignment. I spent a total of 700$ between all the tires, alignment, and diagnosis from another shop. This was just to fix the problem they created! Not trustworthy people. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

This business has been under new ownership since June of 2015. It is now called All American Automotive Service Center, and the new owners are absolutely fantastic. They have ensured that all their customers leave safe and happy, wanting to come back. Please disregard any older reviews made for this company. Ann and Robert Curtin (the new owners) have made it their top priority to make sure every single customer is taken cared of.

We were towed to this shop and needed a new radiator. The customer service was top notch. They offered us complimentary drinks while we waited and the shop stayed open late for us so we could get back on the road. Their expert service goes unmatched. Prices were fair and reasonable. So appreciative of their excellent service.

We were traveling from CA to NM in summer heat with three horses and a LQ trailer - on leaving CA we noted one of our new dually tires air was low and had it addressed by a tire dealer in CA - a problem with the tire stem. We stayed overnight in Tehachapi with our horses, woke up to 20# of air in the tire. Again. American was recommended and we pulled in for help. The guys were great - found out there was a tire stem problem which had not been corrected in CA, quickly and efficiently, and repaired it. We were back on our way to NM and have had no issues. They know what they are doing and we were thankful for their help - crossing the desert in summer is always a concern for me when pulling my horses. THANK YOU!!!!

I moved to Tehachapi about five years ago. I found this place in town after I tried another mechanic. His prices were very good and the service is quick if you make a appointment. I have had all my brake and alignment work done there for all three of my cars. They even found a blown rear axle seal on my truck that would have caught fire if not attended. Great guy!

Go someplace else. I went in for an alignment and was sold 2 used tires, one of which was flat in 48 hours. When Triple A came to put my spare on, I was informed that neither tire had the lug nuts tightened. I drove 150 miles at speeds of close to 80 with both front tires not securely fastened to the car. I kept wondering why the vehicle was riding so rough. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.
