My sister and I were given gift cards for Christmas. I called to ask about redeeming mine and the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She told me they don't take appointments and when I asked about the gift card, she was short with me and told me I would have to come in before they could tell me if it could be redeemed.My sister went in and was there for 4 hours (waiting time plus time to get her hair done). When she finished, they refused to redeem her gift certificate, so she had to pay $130. In addition to the terrible customer service, she hated her hair.We will NEVER be returning to this location. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

My Family has been visiting this location for over 10 years. Nothing but talented stylist. Give these Ladies the credit they deserve. Every chair I've sat it has cut my hair excellent.Poor Kristen reviews sounds like someone doesn't like changes.Everyone has an opinion. Just wanted to express mine.I drive 20 minutes and pass 2 other Fantastic Sam’s to get this one.
I was sad to hear that Kristin P. Wasn't managing anymore. She is amazing! And has been doing my hair (and my family's) for over a decade. I've been there since she left and will NEVER GO BACK! It's not a happy, relaxed environment anymore. I will not recommend this store to friends or family again. ����

This location used to be top notch! They have since gotten new owners and the salon has gone drastically down hill. I would never recommend visiting this location whether it be to get your hair done or work there.
My stylist was Brittany Martinez. Prior to sitting down, I showed her 5 pictures on my phone of the haircut that I wanted and provided all details of the desire haircut before the haircut had started. It was supposed to be a bob haircut. Instead of receiving a line bob haircut, I received a pixie short haircut. But this is not what I requested. In the very beginning, when showing the pictures to her, I explained that I wanted a line bob haircut. She tried to convince me that it was the pixie haircut that I wanted, but it is not true. I am very disappointed that I was lied to. I feel very cheated. She was trying to sell me a haircut that was a wrong haircut. I sent my feedback to Facebook social media. They told me that the Salon Owner and Regional Director would follow up with me. 12 days later, no one had followed up.
