I have been going to this salon for 11 year’s and I refuse to go anywhere else. Britney Martinez has been doing my hair and even had to correct someone else’s mistake when my hair got fried from a stylist who clearly lacked skill in how the color process worked. I have always felt very catered to and welcome while in this salon and I have NEVER left unhappy. These ladies are amazing at what they do and they are very kind to each client that sits in their chair. Brittney take’s great pride in what she does! Every time I get my hair done I constantly have people ask me who does my hair because she does such a fantastic job! This place get’s a 5+ rating from me.Jami Clayton

OMG, If you were thinking of buy a Groupon for Hombre with Sunny, I would suggest not.If I could upload pictures to this review I would.I bought my daughter this Groupon, She went to see Sunny this past week, and I can tell you that I have never in my entire life had to write a review this bad, in fact I do reviews few & far between. My daughters Hombre, came out horrible! My daughter showed her pictures of what she wanted too! To make this long story shorter...................My daughters hair is now 95% purple, from her mid back all the way to above her ears! Everyone that I have shown the pictures to gasp when they see if and say OMG, that is terrible. With this, I sent an e-mail to Sunny letting her know my disappointment, I couldn't even call her for that is how upset I was (and still am)! She had the nerve to except a tip of $50 for it! Really!? She then replied back to me that she didn't like it either and was very sorry for how it came out, and admitted that she miss judged and didn't have enough product to do. NOW, I ask you..........why would you proceed and not reschedule? Anyway, she did offer to fix her mistake, but after this mess I told her NO THANKS, and requested a refund and to pay for it to be fixed which now will cost me even more to fix, which I will do since I feel so bad for giving my daughter the gift. She replied that she would not pay for someone else to fix but would give her a refund. Ok, if this is the only thing she feels she should do, well then I guess it another loss for my daughter. On top of this, she only refunded her the $50 tip she was given and not the $$$ which was paid for the Groupon? I don't believe that I will ever even go into RG's Salon again, To me this is a very UNPROFESSIONAL! I won't even go into the unprofessional e-mail responses that she sent back to me!I would NOT recommend SUNNY! ~NOT HAPPY AT ALL
My sister and I were given gift cards for Christmas. I called to ask about redeeming mine and the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She told me they don't take appointments and when I asked about the gift card, she was short with me and told me I would have to come in before they could tell me if it could be redeemed.My sister went in and was there for 4 hours (waiting time plus time to get her hair done). When she finished, they refused to redeem her gift certificate, so she had to pay $130. In addition to the terrible customer service, she hated her hair.We will NEVER be returning to this location. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
My Family has been visiting this location for over 10 years. Nothing but talented stylist. Give these Ladies the credit they deserve. Every chair I've sat it has cut my hair excellent.Poor Kristen reviews sounds like someone doesn't like changes.Everyone has an opinion. Just wanted to express mine.I drive 20 minutes and pass 2 other Fantastic Sam’s to get this one.
I was sad to hear that Kristin P. Wasn't managing anymore. She is amazing! And has been doing my hair (and my family's) for over a decade. I've been there since she left and will NEVER GO BACK! It's not a happy, relaxed environment anymore. I will not recommend this store to friends or family again. ����

This location used to be top notch! They have since gotten new owners and the salon has gone drastically down hill. I would never recommend visiting this location whether it be to get your hair done or work there.
My stylist was Brittany Martinez. Prior to sitting down, I showed her 5 pictures on my phone of the haircut that I wanted and provided all details of the desire haircut before the haircut had started. It was supposed to be a bob haircut. Instead of receiving a line bob haircut, I received a pixie short haircut. But this is not what I requested. In the very beginning, when showing the pictures to her, I explained that I wanted a line bob haircut. She tried to convince me that it was the pixie haircut that I wanted, but it is not true. I am very disappointed that I was lied to. I feel very cheated. She was trying to sell me a haircut that was a wrong haircut. I sent my feedback to Facebook social media. They told me that the Salon Owner and Regional Director would follow up with me. 12 days later, no one had followed up.
