This dental clinic is revenue driven. I feel that I have not been given top treatment over the past several years, but have been charged top prices. I feel that I am being manipulated to more and more expensive procedures. A crown failed after 6 months, and then they wanted me to do a $7,000 implant without addressing why they had me do a crown first, which itself was $1,500. They are selling laser treatments now, for a gum condition that they have known about for years, and this treatment is expensive and done by a hygienist only. I have completely lost trust now. I am not returning to this clinic.

I went to see Dr. Falke about a painful upper denture. What I received was a presentation about replacing all my teeth with permanent dentures costing 18k to 24k. Very little attention was given to my complaint. After leaving I was called and emailed to try and set an appointment for these expensive teeth. This is the first time I have ever been "stalked" by a dentist or anyone else for that matter.
