I've had some really messed up issues with my cars, but they've always fixed the problem where other mechanics couldn't. They are honest and will show you the broken part. I've had rides home when I had to leave my car overnight. I've been going here for at least 10 years because I know my car will get fixed. I've been here a couple times where my exhaust turned like brand new, so quiet and smooth. They are a little pricey, but 5 stars regardless.
These people are either completely incompetent or thieves!!After $3000 and 3 visits I have a van with no AC that stalls at low rpms despite this being what they were supposed to fix
I deal with most customers here at speedy on eureka in Taylor. Don't get us mixed up with other facilities since there's another speede on telegraph that we don't affiliate with on top of that I face issues with customers that bring in cars thinking we have room to store they're cars at our facility. If you can't afford to fix your vehicle don't bring it to shop and store it there till you get the money. If it was a matter of a day or two at most we'll work with you. I have a lot of cars left on the property and customers ignore the phone calls and don't pick them up that's why storage fee adds up. We are very reasonable we work with everyone and we try to help at all times. If you have any issue or any concerns come in and talk to me "AL" and we will always keep you happy. Brought in my Explorer for transmission issues. Al the manager and Alyjah gave me great customer service by diagnosing it for free, telling me exactly what was wrong with it. They gave me the best price that I could not turn up and had the work done in 3 days. I am now a customer for life.
Honest repairs from honest and knowledgeable staff. My family and myelf have been taking our cars there for 25+ years. I would recommend Dan and his team to anyone looking at any aspect of automotive repair. Work was done very promptly and parts were quality oem replacement and not cheap online unreliable parts that may be cheaper but not worth it in my mind.
Brought in a 2008 Dodge Avenger, suspected head gasket problem or leak from water pump and related coolant system problem. Worst news, yes it was head gasket that absolutely needed replacement. Al the mechanic that actually did the work was head deep in fixing the problem when I stopped in to check how things were going. He did an excellent job, replacing hoses and other small parts with no extra cost. He was also able to solve the one small problem with vehicle after I driven it for a week after repairs. After looking up prices for all parts replaced and labor costs associated this business was well within reason. MO the manager really tries to satisfy customer, even if you can barely understand him over the phone.
My problem with speedy is that they charge 65 dollars to look over a car and once they look it over if you can't get it fixed for a couple of days they charge you 20 dollars a day after I ask I don't get my check until 2 more days they still charge me when you work hard for little money and need transportation it's hard to pay the price time fix your car they can give a little break but don't expect it from speedy

I recently had an issue with my Chrysler minivan it would not start. I called m&m auto repair they gave a tow service they use (not real expensive at all). When I came in Trisha whom I find to very friendly and knowledgeable. Once my mini van was completed I was given a reasonable price. They took pictures of the bad wires showed me and sent me on way. I recommend them to anybody friendly, fast, and knowledgeable service is a rarity
