Hey people, I just wanted to share that IF you contact this great dealership looking for parts - and they cannot find them, then be aware that this dealer is inside of a "program" - and strangely enough there are loads and loads of dealers in the country outside of this "program" that could have your parts that you need. So do not give up hope, just call another GM dealer and start by asking "hey, are you guys in the program?" If they answer yes then call another GM dealer until you get a "no" answer. This is my public good deed for the day.

Was scheduled ro drop car off on June 20th to begin repair and recieve a loaner vehicle. When I got there, I was told they didnt have any loaners for me and they would call when they got one in and would begin my repairs at that time. Its now July 7th and I have yet to recieve a call. Ended up going to Dick Genthe to get my repairs done. It's only one city over and the customer service was day and night.
This was our first experience with Brandon and Blaise at Joe Ricci Auto Center in Clinton Twp. and I have to say that I see a long lasting relationship already starting. They worked very hard to get us what we wanted, especially after my husband and I had a financial hardship in the past few years caused by medical issues and loss of our jobs and home. our credit was not the best. There was very little pressure and a nice laid back sales experience. we walked out of other dealerships after being treated like credit criminals, Brandon and Blaise were perfect gentleman and treated us with respect and dignity. I appreciate all the help, follow up, and support during the whole sales process. We are very pleased with our new vehicle !!Brandon and Blaise have renewed my faith with car dealerships. I tell everyone I know about what a wonderful place Joe Ricci Auto is. Thank you so much guys, we will be back for another vehicle very soon for our son.
Terrible experience! Jim stuck me with a Lemon. He lied to me since day 1. I confronted him about it and he told me from his own lips that he knows nothing about the car he sells. They give him cars and tell him to sell it. I've been paying hundreds of dollars on repairs for my jeep since I got it. He never sent my insurance to the loan department so they ended up making me buy another one; so I paid for two. The staff was unprofessional and rude to me when I confronted them about the problems I was having with the jeep. I am not the only person that had a terrible experience. Please don't end up like me, stuck with paying thousands of dollars on a lemon. Please go somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.
Carite is great! But this review is for the old Detroit II. Where is Bob? The heavy set guy, smebody please respond with an answer to this, I will reward you!!!! I purchased 2 vehicles through Bob ? and Tasha Owens who now works at US auto sales in Redford and neither of these cars are showing up on my credit as paid off or even showing up at all!!! Did these people really sell me 2 cars at 28% apr, keep the money and not report them after I paid them off????!!!?!?!? I have contacted a lawyer and am trying to figure this out but please be warned of who you buy from. This is $30,000 that these people played with!!! If anyone can help please respond below!!! Again this review is NOT for Carite, they are amazing and get a 5 star review!
I bought a vehicle from here and initially I thought they were trustworthy hmmmm. I bought a Fairly good used car but come to find out they lied about pretty much everything they told me I had a warranty, a certain interest rate that I asked for none of that was true after I got my first payment smh once you get financed they can careless. My recommendation be sure to get everything in writing you want don't go off of their word TRUST ME!!!!!!
While I cant speak for the sales department, avoid the service department at all costs. After multiple visits with my new truck, being patient while they tried multiple times to fix power steering failure which eventually resulted in being replaced the 4th time around. Come to find out they did not perform an alignment after this which resulted in bad tire wear a few months down the road when I was getting thumping sound in the front end along with steering wheel shake. I took it in and they moved the bad front tires to the rear and did an alignment. I was told that the rear was now shaking but that is "should" eventually wear properly. I said it was not acceptable as the tire wear was do to bad alignment on their part. They said they never did an alignment, which I have had other service departments confirm is not proper procedure after replacing steering rack components and why the alignment was off. After having to contact corporate support which they then contacted the dealer did I get them to replace the tires. Upon picking up the truck the steering wheel was not aligned correctly. I took it back and thought all was resolved with this issue. But later receiving a low tire pressure warning was when I realized that they never did the relearn for the TPMS system and tires were not linked to correct location on vehicle. I took it in to get this done, which they then rotated them again as well. After leaving the dealer I noticed bad shake in front end. Made appointment to take it in next day to get it looked at and received a call from Service Manager Mark Len asking me to please take it elsewhere. When asked why he stated it was because of a previous survey I filled out stating honestly how I felt about my service. Rather then try and correct the problem and make use of the survey he felt it would be better off not risking another negative survey and refused looking at my truck anymore.
I recently took my SUV in to get a number of items fixed on my truck. The service team was great! Kevin was extremely helpful. The car was fixed quickly and the price came in less than the original estimate. Thank you!!!
Bought a 2012 Charger from used car in Feb 2014. Nothing but electrical problems since. Multiple trips to the service dept (6 to be exact) within a 2 month period for the same radio/touch screen issue. They refused to replace it, simply updated it and reset it. Once I reached 36,000. They again reset it, refusing to replace like they should have the multiple times prior. Then proceeded to indicate I would be responsible for the cost. Um no. To top it off they damaged my front bumper cracking the facial and denied all responsibility. Even though I had documentation of work orders proving my case, service manager wouldn't even take the time to listen or investigate. Needless to say, an attorney will be contacted and a lawsuit to follow. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional and rude staff. Never again will I go to this dealership for anything, simply because of the worthlessness of the service department. They received 1 star simply because I had to put something, otherwise no stars for Taylor Dodge Service Dept.
Bought a 2007 Honda Civic from Matt Gibault in the used car department back in March and I can't say enough positive things about him. The day after I bought it, it wouldn't start. Matt jumped through hoops to help me get the problem fixed without having to drive all the way back and without costing me an extra penny. Turned out the battery was bad and he resolved it quickly by referring me to their sister dealership by my workplace. I would definitely go to Matt again and recommend him to friends. :-)
