I visited the clinic on 3/19/18 for the first time. I was very happy with the entire staff from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone from the front desk ladies to the medical assistants and Dr. Robertson were very warm and friendly. I only waited a short time while there was a half full lobby waiting to be seen. Dr. Robertson was professional and listened to me. She and the rest of the staff made me feel my visit was very important to them. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need a fast, friendly and professional care. The office itself was clean and they even had complimentary snacks and beverages for the patients, which I thought was a very nice personal touch.

I took my 7 year old son there when I arrived home from work. I knew he had strep as soon as I walked in the house. We arrived to the clinic at 7:40, closing time was 8pm. There were no cars in the parking lot so I was relieved we wouldn't wait long. We were met at the door by an employee who informed us that the doctor stated they were not taking any more patients. I looked at her stunned with my very sick child next to me and begged her to let us in. She shrugged her shoulders and locked the door. Markee GrayMarkeern@me.com
The N.P that's there is an idiot! Just lazy ...I think, she is! However, anyone else working there actually cares about ppl. I dread going there..but have no choice. Always a relief when its not her working!
Want to lose patients (in every definition of the word)? They do not meet their timeframe for production which is translated into very angry patients. We no longer contract with this company and will have to recover the loss of patients
This place sucks. They misdiagnosed a major infection. They said it was an allergic reaction. It was a very bad and very painful and the jerk on duty acted like I was just there for drugs. My face was huge and my family was concerned to say the least. I just lost my mother to cancer and this idiot of a doctor was just that. Skip this place if you can.
took my child back to urgent care... the DOCTOR walks in; sparse long chin hairs that slightly resembled a beard, no scrubs or white coat, UofM sweatshirt and grey sweat pants (both a size too small and a stain on the front of his pants),glasses with lenses that kinda looked scratched, he yawns and kinda "shakes it off". He looks less than happy to be there. I ask him if he is tired, he says "no, not really". he checks my child out, has an x-ray done. Comes in and tells me "it looks like there might be a spot forming on his right lung, but I cant be sure with an untrained radiologist eye" ummm.... ok, so I will NEVER go back there again. I almost wish I would have asked that man for credentials. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
