Granite Wellington Estates

Been Wellington resident for 21 years! Last 10 years all downhill, not enough security to match the downhill slide of renting tenants. It's been turned into a rental park, rather than all homeowners. Management fails to run (or act on) police and credit clearances PRIOR to approving residents. Security is zip altho promised to be 24 hours. Residents expect but do not receive day to day management of park living. Robbinwood under same new owners.... Residents should receive a $25 a month rent reduction fora couple years since Park management does not even meet City of Taylor standards for garbage control, street cleaning, park lighting. Think twice before you move in here.

This place doesn't even deserve a rating. They have been SO unfair to me and my family . We live in a trailer park OBVIOUSLY because we cannot afford to live in a home. I had a flat tire that I don't have the money for, and they threatened to tow it away. I'm sorry I can't afford a tire? They have picked at our garbage cans because they're "too small" I work 80 hours a week and two jobs and have a dog and can come home and clean up the yard and got a write up for that. I don't have a lawn mower and they charged me for having someone to do it when it wasn't even long!!!! And I had my boyfriends bestfriend coming over to do it . They said our barbecue grill was falling apart so we had to get rid of it. Like sorry I have a family to worry about and feed and bathe , and buy diapers for. I can't afford your petty stuff . So don't waste any money living in here YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!

NEEDS MORE DETAIL TO MAKE SURE THE CONSUMER KNOWS ITS A MANUFACTURED HOME LIVING COMMUNITY. ONE OF THE BEST.
