I have been a customer of this station for well over 15 years..and will no longer bring my service to them. I was insulted by the way I was treated this morning by Marlene, the customer service rep on duty. She was rude...argumentative and just plain nasty. And this is not the first time this person has been this way, not only to myself but other family members and friends. The lady in line behind me was also shocked as to the attitude this woman projected to me...THE CUSTOMER. I and my family will no longer do business with this station and I will encourage others to do the same. This is a shame because the Manager is a nice lady. Loss of my business probably will not hurt them...but continued business practices like this will eventually result in a serious loss of sales.
Hi Rich, we have had the same problem there, but we just take our hood off. I'm thinking they've been robbed before abs that's why they want to be able to see your face. My problem with the station is the guy who works there is very rude. There are two or three women and they are very nice ladies, it's the guy who quirks there that has the issues. He's the rudest person I've ever talked to.
It's still open. Verified.
Terrible, i went there with my father to get change for thier overly expensive air for his tire. I walked in and asked for change for the machine. I was told that i could not wear my hoodie to obtain service. I found it unconstitutional to tell someone what they should be wearing. Muslims and those alike that wear head covers please stay awaY from this gas station.
