They find every possible way to charge you. They write down your size 2-3 sizes bigger so you have to pay so much extra for alteration.

Worse customer service ever. They turn a happy occasion to a stressed out one.

If you want to save yourself the aggravation, please do not go to this place! They carry dresses that you could find at any other bridal store. They got my dress three weeks later than pomised, they didn't even apologize, more so they did not even call me when the dress came in, I had to follow up with phone calls.

The fitting costs $50! (which of course they do not advise you about it in advance)- if you decide to take it somewhere else for alterations-which I had to- because they gave me an estimate of $775!!!! (almost the price of the dress) for: pressing ($125), hem ($150), take in along the sides all the way to the hips ($500),... after negotiations she offered me $100 discount...and I am not kidding!

The owner (Lisa) makes no effort to please the customers, she has a "whatever" attitude, and once you paid for the dress they pay no more attention to you. The rest of the staff has no etiquette, no courtesy, no idea about professional customer service.

One of the worst retail experiences I've ever had, and all for a dress that I could have got at a different store, since all they do they is to place the order directly with the manufacturer and sell it to the customers at a higher price.
