Dr. Mike Pilar is very informative and giving when it comes to TMJ. He spent a lot of time explaining many things to me.

When I first met him his ability to make me feel so comfortable was incredible. My jaw is feeling so much better than when I first saw him. Ironic when I was gonna see him for my follow up I dropped my orthotic down the sink drain and I miss it so much and I know now how it feels not to have one. I came up from Florida just so I can see him for my follow up. I've been told to get a Dentist in Florida, but I won't change Dr. Mike Pilar for anyone else. My experience with Dr Pilar has been excellent. I come once a year for him to custom make this unique orthotic. It is comfortable to wear during the day if one wishes. I wear mine at night and it doesn't interfere with sleeping.

Where other orthotics may cost hundreds or thousands of dollars and frequent visits to a dentist, this orthotic is covered by medicare and I only see Dr. Pilar once a year.
