$20.00 for a 1/2 rack is pretty steep, however I would have overlooked it if they were good. The ribs could have used a few more hours in the cooker. They were like shoe leather which is too bad because they started as a really good cut of meat. Nice and meaty with little fat. The sauces were made with no imagination. The ketchup based sauce had few other ingredients that I could taste. The BBQ tasted like KC masterpiece straight out of the bottle and the brown sugar based sauce tasted like caramelized liquid brown sugar. I won't be recommending this restaurant to anyone any time soon.
