I’ve been in one of the rooms for nearly 2 weeks and every time I needed anything and call front desk no ever answers the phone so I ALWAYS have to go to the front desk and ALWAYS have to front desk to get clean towels because the cleaning staff doesn’t clean the rooms nor do they change out the towels and the they don’t change the bed linen.
Ate at the bar. Has multiple TVs with different sports showing. Bartender attentive.Ordered the quesadilla burger. Tasted good. One of the slices of cheese still had the paper on it though. Manager came out and apologized.Having paper left in my food really killed the meal. Service was good and the flavor of the burger was good, other than the paper in it.

What a dump! The bed smelled of body odor. Our feet were black from walking on the carpet. Cold shower. When the maid didn't make up the room in two days we had to go to the front desk for new towels and toilet paper. Water would not go down in the sink. Wanted a little heat in our room since it was December but all we got was cold air.Stay far away from this one.
Nice hotel close to Busch Gardens. Great. Kids love the pool.We have had good time. They have security at night.

We found this hotel to be definitely better than the price we paid. It is a nice, cheap no thrills motel. Rooms was small but kept nice and clean, hotel staff was nice, location was just down the road of Busch Gardens. I would recommend to anyone on a small budget that want a decent place to stay 1 or 2 nights.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Placed a take out order, arrived to pick up the order, no one at the counter. Called the restaurant while waiting at the take out counter, and did not get any help.Walked to the front of the restaurant and asked for help and was told I need to pick up the order at the bar. Explained that the order is sitting at the take out counter and not at the bar. Was told again to go to the bar to pick up the order and then walk to the other side of the restaurant where the order actually is.Became upset and asked the hostess to cancel order then called and spoke with Manager, Dave.Manager basically states that it is my fault that I did not pick up the order. Manager says I should have asked to speak with him while at the restaurant. Manager begins making excuses and analogies and states he is not speculating at the type of work that I do while actually speculating. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The place is nice. The staff is good and very accomdating. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone. The hot tub was broken but they were working on it. The shower was awesome! Had a great time while we were there.
