I was really worried when my iphone 6 plus screen was broken. I thought it would be pricey to fix my screen, but it's quite affordable. When I arrived at Citrus Park Town Center, I went directly to their Kiosk and I was assisted with one of their staff. He get it done as fast as he could, he replaced the screen and I had nothing to complain with my phone up until now.
I had issues with the Boost wireless Warp-Connect for local network.. I couldn't set it up at all. The folks at Golden Wireless spent an hour, painstakingly calling the support folks at Boost, and finally were able to set it up. They wouldn't charge us either - very polite and nice. I am very thankful that we were able to get internet that week, all due to the folks at this particular store.
Horrible management. Dishonest Sales reps offer deals and offer to throw in accessories to persuade you to purchase new phones then add all the charges to your tmobile account. When you go in to attempt to rectify the issue they charge you a "restocking" fee. So I have to pay $100 because they tried to charge me for items they stated they would "throw in". Ive been with T-Mobile for years but this location is the 1st that has ever been so deceiving.

avoid these time-wasting scam artist. You're lucky if they fix your phone right, but consider yourself extremely lucky if you get your phone back within the time frame they tell you it will be back. And then they tell you your phones apart in the back and there's nothing they can do and it's going to be 6 hours before they can fix it. A bunch of shysters and con artist. there's another cell phone store and Fletcher they're the one I thought I was calling. I went to these guys by mistake and I will never be back. You've been warned!
Terrible experience. Do not go here for any reason. I made 3 separate trips to this store and was misinformed twice that I know of and I'm assuming a third time because let's be honest it would take the whole staff with the help of their call center to change a lightbulb and don't even get me started on what it would take to get actual information. I saw the Manager Shawn get rude with several people and hassle a lady who didn't want a 128 GB phone after they told her they were out of 64 GB incorrectly I might add. Estimated wait time was an hour but as the second hour was approaching I'd still yet to have been helped. I could say more but I'll save you the trouble by saying it's all bad and that I'd have given no star or a half of a star if that was an option. If you're going to do business with SPRINT avoid this store, but after this experience I believe I'll be avoiding sprint all together.
This is a fast, low cost and reliable place to get your phone repaired. $80 for a new touch screen on my Samsung Galaxy S3.
