I had a problem with UPS rescheduling a delivery. Instead of making an attempt to redelivery it, the local office sent it back to the original sender. I spoke with the customer service department, 3-4 times and the problem was still not resolved. Then I received a call from the corporate office and now the package is on it's way back to my house. The corporate representative was very professional and courteous, and assured me that the package was being returned as fast as possible, and that I will receive a refund for the shipping.
I work night shift requested at Home Depot early delivery. Original delivery date changed the night before because appliance wasn't available. Delivery reschedule the following week thru LG 1-4:30, which is in the middle of the night for a 'night shift' person. Call Ralph's to explain this, told by Angela 'Home Depot lies all the time and let's customer request time frames.' 'We set the schedules!' And she hung up! Called Home Depot manager who attempted to help me out and was told by 'Ralph himself' that if I don't accept delivery time my order will be cancelled!! Well, I'm sure LG will be happy to hear a delivery guy can cost them a purchase! I'm sure Home Depot will be thrilled too, but they were stupid enough to allow a delivery guy that type of power! Please don't deal with this ignorant and obnoxious company. If I could give no star I surely would!!
I purchased $6100 worth of appliances from Home Depot. Ralph's transport co was contracted to do the delivery and installation. When the tech installed the microwave he drilled right through the 120 line. The tech never mentioned anything and left once he finished. I called two electricians, and an inspector to my home to find out the cause for this. It was then the inspector noticed the appliances were new and removed the microwave from the wall to find the burnt screw. The breaker also tripped and had to be replaced. I immediately called Home Depot to rectify this situation. I was told Ralph's transport was responsible and that their insurance company would be calling within 24 to 48 hours and would be sending an adjuster to my home. 5 days later I still did not receive a call so I took it upon myself to call their main office. A women answered the phone and had no clue what was going on. Another woman could be heard in the background saying "just tell her we're gone for the day" after this encounter I told my repair man to go ahead and fix the problem as I could not be without a stove much longer and it was a fire hazard as is. I called again to let them know I repaired the line and was told again I would be getting a call. I finally called Home Depot manager and told her they have still yet to call and She clearly cracked the whip because I received a call at work yesterday from Aron . He told me it was no problem and they were clearly at fault and I would get reimbursed for the repair by the end of the week as well as money spent on eating out due to this install going wrong. Two hours later I received a harassing phone call from the driver (installer) saying he was given my number and told to call me and that he had to pay for this out of pocket because I claimed the installed it wrong. I told him he had no right to be calling me and that I would like his manager to call me.
STAY AWAY.!!! Cant express that enough. Management is so unprofessional. Hired on thursday, worked, came in friday worked, told to come in early monday. Got a call monday morning from the staffing agency saying dont come in anymore, they decided to hire back the guy who quit and i replaced, after i just went out and bought new clothes for the job with money i didnt have. They didnt even have the balls to call me themselves. COWARDS. If your thinking about working here DONT.!!!
Very Professional and Polite! Home Depot is horrible, won't be ordering nothing through them again! But Ralph's is fabulous! Defiantly would recommend for service AND delivery!
The worst company I have ever dealt with. Was supposed to get a washer and dryer on the 7th of December, they called and changed it to today, December 16th. Well I was told it was delivered and signed for...not by me, I haven't seen or head from the delivery people. Called home depot and ralphs transfer just to find out that it's still on the truck and we will have it next week cause the drivers aren't answering their phones. yea I don't think so. Home depot needs to fire this company, their rating with the BBC is D-. Pathetic, I hope your company goes down the drain and you all get to experience the karma you deserve for being assholes!
On time very polite and got straight to it didnt take the 30 min and then they came at 11:00 pm at night
They delivered my new washer,rudeness to answer any questions I had. Refused to hook up my new dryer,refused to leave my new dryer.Said it would be rescheduled with no extra charges.When I told them I only wash with cold water and why was this machine turned to cold now pouring out hot water? He replied this is florida cold water is hot in the pipes. It will change.Then he said something in another language, the 2 men walked off laughing got in their truck and left. One kept looking at me and would say things in another language. The 2 men would then laugh as if there was something funny about me. As a woman being alone in the house at that time these 2 men made me extremely nervous. After I gave a bad report on a phone survey. The Ralph's Co. called wanting me to change my report. That's when I found out the 2 delivery men lied to me about no future charges,rescheduling and they should have left my new dryer!So I guess the joke was on me after all! Now where's my dryer? Bonnie.
Just made my first visit to this store, and I love it! So friendly, and efficient. And I was escorted to my car, under an umbrella, as it was pouring rain! Rare to find such service anywhere!
I have never wrote a review, but this time I could not help it so I had to: This is the most horrible experience I ever had in my entire life, do NOT go there, the manager/owner is a very dishonest and horrible person. go anywhere but this store.
