I had a problem with UPS rescheduling a delivery. Instead of making an attempt to redelivery it, the local office sent it back to the original sender. I spoke with the customer service department, 3-4 times and the problem was still not resolved. Then I received a call from the corporate office and now the package is on it's way back to my house. The corporate representative was very professional and courteous, and assured me that the package was being returned as fast as possible, and that I will receive a refund for the shipping.
This was my first time at this fedex and let me tell you - they truly made a stressful situation for me so less stressful! Joe and Arlene were so very helpful and knowledgable with getting all my documents printed and organized. Thank you so much - I will definitely be more a customer moving forward!
STAY AWAY.!!! Cant express that enough. Management is so unprofessional. Hired on thursday, worked, came in friday worked, told to come in early monday. Got a call monday morning from the staffing agency saying dont come in anymore, they decided to hire back the guy who quit and i replaced, after i just went out and bought new clothes for the job with money i didnt have. They didnt even have the balls to call me themselves. COWARDS. If your thinking about working here DONT.!!!
Just made my first visit to this store, and I love it! So friendly, and efficient. And I was escorted to my car, under an umbrella, as it was pouring rain! Rare to find such service anywhere!

Over the past week, I've had to have a few sets of plans printed at the last minute. NAR is professional, courteous, and super fast (not to mention affordable). I'll definitely be returning for future projects.
There's no lab coats available so you can try on. I ordered 2 lab coats, small, and they are still very big for me. Horrible fabric, by the way.And even with no embroidery on the coats, I couldn't return, so I just lost 50 bucks.This problem could be solved with lab coats on store, or with a return policy.
I hired Image One to build a workflow for my company. When I inquired, they mentioned that they offer many different customized solutions to solve business “break downs”. I spoke with Bruce Rouslin and I must say, I’m shocked after my dealings with him that he’s still employed. The entire experience was a headache and filled with immense frustration and angst. Their business solutions were more like business pollution. I will never deal with this company again.
called for quote ,at 3:30pm on Friday, then after invoicing customer, went to ship , Saturday morning and the shipping was 8 dollars more and the packing was 10 dollars more, same measurements, weight and location, bait and switch or incompetence? Either way took my shipping elsewhere
