Since I live in Wyoming now, I can't get fresh seafood. So I saw the good reviews and tried it out. The crab and shrimp were very good. Also enjoyed the Cole slaw.

the remodeling they've done to the place is amazing. the outdoor patio area is comfy and relaxing with a pool/fountain in the background. I've been there a few times. My first time I had the Scottish salmon that comes with their garlicky spinach and a twice baked potato and a balsamic glaze. YUM! I recommend that to everyone! The second time our very friendly and informative server told us we had to try the grilled oysters drizzled with garlic butter and topped with melted parmesan and Romano cheese... so we did and she was right, they were amazing! For my entree this time I chose the lobster roll. You can get it hot or cold. I tried it hot and wowwww. First, of the amount of lobster you get is crazy and the herb hoaggie roll it comes on is so delicious. GO THERE!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would.I went to the Carrollwood location with a Groupon for a meat sampler, I was "helped" by an employee that did not know that this was the previous groupon (they have a different one now) and was refusing to give me what I was supposed to get. I tried to explain this to him but he looked to another employee that was right next to him and in the worst possible way told him to "deal with me" while raising both his hands in a "I don't give a damn" motion and rolling his eyes to me. I stopped him and told him that I didn't appreciate that and to please keep the attitude at bay, he mocked me!. I asked for a manager.... guess what... HE WAS THE MANAGER!.I asked him to give me a contact number for his supervisor/owner/whomever is above him and he refused. One of the employees gave me the information I requested, but the phone just rings without answer, perhaps they just gave me bogus information?.I took my phone and showed him that I was right and he told me that he did not care, and I quote: "go and place as many complaints about me as you want, nothing is going to happen to me". He DARED ME to go and complaint about him... yes, this is true!, this happened in front of my two 9 and 7 year old daughters.He noticed that I am Hispanic and then started speaking in Spanish INSULTING ME, the other employees were looking at him in awe but no one dared to say anything about it. I asked him loudly to speak English, so everybody around him knew what he was saying to me so I could have witnesses and he kept insulting me in Spanish, so none of the American employees were able to know what he was saying to me.A woman (I was going to say "lady", but she was anything but a lady) bolted from inside the butcher's area and insulted me loudly in Spanish as well, judging by her uniform she was just a worker. She was insulting me and telling me that "they didn't need customers like me at the store and to never come back". The "manager" allowed her to yell and insult me. I asked him the name of this lady so I could complaint about her as well and he smiled with a VERY condescending grin and told me "I don't know her name"... "I don't know anything". I told him again that this was the worst customer service I have ever received and he told me that "he doesn't have to give good customer service because he is the manager", and that "If I felt mistreated to go and file a complaint and never come back".I took the information I was given and was leaving the store, this guy kept taunting me all the way to the door: "Don't forget my name, it's Carlos. I will be waiting for your complaint... I want to see what is going to happen to me".. while laughing and ridiculing me.So, Carlos, unless you are blood-related with the owners, I really don't understand how on earth you are the manager of that store. I really hope that someone in charge reads this story and makes an example of you as you deserve.
