What kind of an owner calls a customer who spends $1,500 in a year's time a liar? WTF? We called on Saturday to let the owner know we were missing a place setting and that the lace apron was not attaching to one of the tables. No voice mail and they close at 2:00 pm on Saturdays. Okay we will call on Monday. The owner expects you to sit around waiting for them to pick up the rentals apparently all morning. I told him first thing about the missing place setting and the lace apron not working and asked for a credit. He said 'once we pick things up we'll take care of it.' He calls me in the afternoon and is annoyed I can't be at the house to let his person in immediately. We actually had someone there within 10 minutes of his call. Then he claims there is a coffee cup and a glass missing. I said we told you we were missing an entire place setting. He said everything was there but what he claims was missing. He was a complete jerk on the phone and called me a liar claiming he caught me in several lies. About a place setting? He refused to credit us for the place setting and claimed he would sue me if I placed this review. A quality business owner would just want to make a customer happy and want repeat business. This owner needs some major customer training. Pretty apparent he's desperate for the money. Don't use this business.

Rude people! What a terrible experience dealing with this business. Also, please make sure you know every piece of documentation they want before making a trip because they sure don't care if you waste a trip or not. It is recommended that you avoid this business if at all possible.
