These guys sold me a BMW that had been in a bad accident. I asked for a carfax when I bought it and they altered the carfax to show no accidents or problems with vehicle.

we purchased a DTG printer from coldesi in may 2014. when the printer arrived I was not working and we tried to not except it but the company told us that they had the right to try to fix it. we have tried to work with them but, they have not been able to fix it for 7 months. they have replace the boss board 3 time, the main board 3 times, the tray magnets 2 times and the tray sensors 2 times. on November 3rd the printer broke down and they told us that they were going to refurbish the printer and up-grade it to a better printer, plus they were going to give us a $1000. gift card and 2 days of training. it took them over a month to get here to work on the printer, they sent a tech here they told us that he has never worked on this printer before and they did not send the gift card with him. the tech also told us that he was told that it would on take him an hour to fix the printer and he would be out of here, and he had to catch a plan at five the same day. the tech worked on the printer all day on the 12/10/14 a day later than we were told he would be here, he got the printer to print, but not that well, he left about 6:30 on 12/10/14. the next morning 12/11/12 I tried to print a shirt for a job and the printer has some printing problems so I contacted the company, the tech worked with me on some software stuff and as we were working on it the printer froze up. he work over the phone from about an hour unable to fix it, the tech told me that he would look in to some thing, but because of the time he would get back with me the next morning (12/11/14). the next morning (12/11/14) when I got to work the printer was beeping and an error massage on the control panel. we got an email from the tech saying that he was running late and he would get back to us as soon as he could. we have not heard from the company about this did not here from the company at all day that day. we have file with the BBB and the Consumer Complaint Agency, but the company did not return a comment back to either agency. it is still not working we have been down for 55 :days this time. sleezy shayne and ida are the bottom feeders of the car business they will sell a wrecked car to their mothers to make a dollar. I would talk to dmv and Google there names before you buy from them. They alter car faxes and sell wrecked cars. They have moved to cypress ave and they change their names before so stay clear.
