Ate at the bar. Has multiple TVs with different sports showing. Bartender attentive.Ordered the quesadilla burger. Tasted good. One of the slices of cheese still had the paper on it though. Manager came out and apologized.Having paper left in my food really killed the meal. Service was good and the flavor of the burger was good, other than the paper in it.
Best pizza in tampa the spaghetti is awsome Billy and George and Emir are the most friendly people I have ever met great place to eat
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Placed a take out order, arrived to pick up the order, no one at the counter. Called the restaurant while waiting at the take out counter, and did not get any help.Walked to the front of the restaurant and asked for help and was told I need to pick up the order at the bar. Explained that the order is sitting at the take out counter and not at the bar. Was told again to go to the bar to pick up the order and then walk to the other side of the restaurant where the order actually is.Became upset and asked the hostess to cancel order then called and spoke with Manager, Dave.Manager basically states that it is my fault that I did not pick up the order. Manager says I should have asked to speak with him while at the restaurant. Manager begins making excuses and analogies and states he is not speculating at the type of work that I do while actually speculating. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Great pizzas, great place for the whole family. I love the staffs here. They are good at communicating with customers and serve fast!
Just visited last weekend for the first time since they changed their menu and their scope from being a "farm to table" different menu every week restaurant to more of an Americana sort of predictable dining experience. And while I miss the funny adventurous menu, it's now the sort of place I can take people without worrying if they're going to order head cheese and not realize that that dish isn't actually cheese (google it...). Gone are the days of ordering something there only to either be very surprised (in one way or another) at your flavor experience. So: This time around everything was excellent and they actually had ketchup! The staff is cool, and it reminds me of a college town sort of restaurant except they seem to take it all very seriously even though it's become more of a burger and roast chicken place.Craft beer selection is good, wine selection my wife thinks is fun (I don't know anything about that) and overall I really enjoyed the new "Refinery" even if in many ways it's the same. Sitting upstairs on the patio in the nice weather at sunset is a bonus!
Had high hopes when this opened nearby and was hoping that I had another good BBQ place. I'm not sure what happened, but the food there has changed from when they first opened. The ribs went from being good to being dry and without much flavor. Over the course of three visits, I've noticed the green beans taste like they have sugar dumped on them, and the okara become so salty that we couldn't eat it. There's some other items on the menu that have fared better; the sausage was consistently good and the turkey my family really likes. Chicken was very dry and one dimensional. But I don't see myself being a regular customer anymore due to the changes in taste / quality.Aside from the food the place looks great, staff is nice, and they have the crushed ice everyone likes in the soda fountain machines.
A good, non-chain southern BBQ place, but with more of a Kansas City style BBQ, very authentic, seems like it's been there for years. Quite often its packed but I've been able to walk right in, get a table and sit down to ribs in a matter of minutes. Service is great, all the staff seems like family or that they've been there a long time. Their BBQ sauce is also quite good. The chicken is great and cheap with two sides, the sausage is respective southern style and good, and the ribs can be either just good, or very good. On the other side: Pulled pork is bland. And the beef (may not be served anymore) was very dry and bland, I pretty much couldn't eat it and it's not recommended.Sides are simple and passable, the sort of stuff that you'd expect at a southern potluck, which I rather enjoyed. Desert, the Apple Cake with vanilla ice cream is excellent. So: Good for ribs and chicken, and sausage, sides are simple but good, but other items on the menu are passable at best. Why would you want something aside the ribs anyway?
Best Sports bar! Fun atmosphere, cold cold beer, all kinds of TV's, delicious wings! Will be back for sure!!!!
I have nothing but praise for this pizza parlor. They sell some of the best pizzas in town. If you haven't been here yet, better do so!
Great pizza. My wife loves the pasta e fagioli soup. Good service. If you are in a hurry, they have slices all ready cooked ready to heat. Full menu reasonably priced.
