Great salesman Asher. All was good until Jan. 2018 when our site director was fired. We were scheduled to have the next phase started and none had showed up. No response so the following day I called the office asking when the next contractors would be arriving stating I had called my site director. That is when I was told he had been let go. I was also asked what needed to happen next. Olympus has a site Builder Trend that all communication goes through from payments to pictures. Why didn't Olympus check the site to see what phase we were in. Several calls made to Olympus daily with no answers begin told we will get back with you by the end of the day. I talked to three different people handling my account. The blind leading the blind. Olympus didn't care because they had just receive my last payment so when my pool was finished was not a priority at all. Our new site director was suppose to contact us. My husband called him and he was going to stop out and meet us and never showed. Finally a month later with nothing really happening except the cage people fixing a hole in the screen that they made we were set for inspections. I called and let Olympus know that double the amount of pavers were sent out and were located on an adjoining subdivision that allowed us to go through there development while the pool was being constructed. Who is handling the PO's for the job and didn't notice this over sight? Luckily I was home and able to talk to the inspector to find out all the inspections that needed to happen yet. I called Olympus and told them all the inspections that needed to be done yet. They didn't have a clue. I think Olympus should have been paying me for running their job. And to top it off they try to charge you an extra $4 for processing your payment admin fees. Really just another way to squeeze a dime from you. Happy to be done. The pool turned out nice but unless they can get their whole staff together I would never recommend them to anyone.
