i don't recommend My daughter has been going there for 8 years. Today I got a phone call at work at 10am saying the owner said anyone that is late has to pay today by noon or we won't pick up your child from school. I never paid any attention I would just always log in by Friday and make a payment never realizing they wanted the money on Monday. So today technically I am 3 days late with $78 and the owner threatened to not pick up my child. I used to pay them $800 per month when my daughter was one. I put my daughter in host and the old manager called and said can you come back to Childlife if we match host, so I said sure. So we had a side thing and I didn't realize I had to pay on Monday since we weren't doing the same as other after care kids with my reduced negotiated rate. Went back and then over the course of k-4 they stopped matching host but I never complained. They pick up my daughter in a bus with no a/c then take them to deer park and make them wait in the sweltering hot bus for 20 minutes. They come off the bus with heat rash all red and dripping in sweat. My daughter brings a fan that sprays water to stay cool. I have always heard what an awful person the owner is from employees but today I witnessed first hand how much she doesn't care about children or customer service or customers who have given thousands over 8 years. All the teachers are great so please don't take that as a reflection on them. Also I chaperoned a field trip to dinosaur land, I was scared to death the driver that was driving all the kids has never driven on interstate 4 and she was going 40 miles per hour putting everyone at risk, on the way back she missed the vets exit and took us all the way over the st Pete bridge, have no clue how she didn't kill anyone that day. And I put up with all this but the owner has to make a threat if I'm 3 days late.
My daughter started here and came home with several scratches near her eye and right side of her face. The first day I let it pass as there was no incident report and they reduce my sentiment of distress to something that will never happen again. Well the very next day she came home with several scratches and this time deeper around the eye area and they filled out an incident report to say " a little" scrath. I bring it to their attention and they say that kids will be kids and that this is normal toddler behavior. The role of a teacher is to pay attention so that kids don't get hurt. Clearly the child that keeps scratching her near the eyes is aggressive and trying to hurt her. How dare you tell me that there is nothing you be concerned about. Should I wait till the kid claws my daughters eyes out for you to worry then? I would not recommend a place where they do not care for the concern of the parent and have such dismissive behavior as well as fail to correct the student that is exuding bad behavior. Two days in a row is not a "coincedence" as you call it. Is intentional.
The best preschool in the area. This preschool makes you and your child feel like home. The owners and teachers are wonderful and every child feels welcome and very loved. My son has learned a lot academically as well as socially.
I have heard quite a bit of information about Primavera. The teachers I hear are trying their best and doing a great job. Unfortunately I'm not hearing too many good things about Management. One story I have heard is abuse of power. I heard an employees pay (last pay) was going to be decreased because she needed to leave primavera. Regardless of the reason someone leaves a company....no employer should "decrease" pay for anyone especially if the hours paid are hours worked!

This school is amazing! From the teachers, to the administration, to the actual aesthetics...it is a very caring, fun and warm atmosphere. The owners take pride in their business and are very approachable and professional. My son really enjoys going to the school and as a parent I know I can place full trust in the staff and administration of Primavera. I know that my child is in a happy learning environment and I would recommend this school to everyone!!
Most of the teachers are wonderful but owners aren't either aware or choose to ignore licensing guidelines. According to their philosophy they pride themselves in," a safe and nurturing environment with small student/teacher ratios." But like I stated before they ignore obvious licensing guidelines especially those in student/teacher ratios. More often than not there exist many supposed "miscommunications" which I believe to be owners that aren't aware of their surroundings.
