The worst customer service I have experienced. Required to use because of my community HOA. I have been calling for 5 days straight leaving messages and have emailed directly plus used their contact form and still am no closer to getting the required mailbox than when I started. Can anyone return a call there? (especially one that is guaranteed income?) This is one happens when you are contractually required to use a specific provider. They have no incentive to treat customers well!

This company will rip you off if your HOA forces you to use their mailboxes. Be prepared to pay $350 for a mailbox. A very simple design; not some big fancy colonial post box. Not sure how they get away with it.
