Why am I not surprised that your customer service and quality reviews on Google are so low? 😂 If you have a problem with this idiot of a franchise owner, his phone numbers are below. One of his delivery drivers (identified by his employees as the franchise owner) in a dark gray Lexus was unable to drive without running multiple cars (not mine) off the road. As I watched this happen, I called the Marcos pizza nearest me (using iPhone voice commands) to report this unsafe behavior. The very special franchise owner is upset because I called corporate after his license plate was identified by one of his own employees. He now thinks it’s a good idea to harass me on Christmas Eve.You’ll notice he called back to back from different numbers, I’m guessing it’s because he needs attention. If you have a problem with this franchise, I’ve taken a screen shot of the numbers he used to harass me, curse at me, threaten me and accuse me of writing “scathing” reviews I haven’t yet written and posted them along with my review. Now, I’ve written my review. 5 ⭐️ for professionalism 🙄Merry Christmas!

Best pizza in tampa the spaghetti is awsome Billy and George and Emir are the most friendly people I have ever met great place to eat
Great pizza. My wife loves the pasta e fagioli soup. Good service. If you are in a hurry, they have slices all ready cooked ready to heat. Full menu reasonably priced.
Pizza is pretty decent for Tampa but the prices are over the top. I have second thoughts about going for a frozen pizza when it comes time to click the order button.
terrible service took 2 hours to deliver next door food was cold manager frank unprofessional needs management classes
YUM! I just had the best pasta fagioli of my life today at Capri Pizza. It was really impressed--it was so delicious and I think it's actually one of the best soups I've ever had. It's incredible what the new owners have done with the place. Now the inside is completely different since the new owners gutted the place and started with everything new (new tables, chairs, flooring, walls, counter, equipment...you name it... EVERTHING is new). Now everything is so clean and the place just screams FRESH! So glad we finally have a nice pizza/Italian place in the area to sit down at and enjoy lunch or dinner! So far I've had the lobster bisque (very meaty; my husband loved it even more the second day when I brought some home), the chicken Caesar salad (it's piled HIGH) and now my new favorite--the pasta fagioli. So far everything I've had there has been wonderful, plus everyone is incredibly friendly there. Looking forward to trying more dishes... maybe the penne alla vodka next?! :-)
Absolutely the worst pizza ever, cannot imagine how they have managed to stay in business as long as they have.
If you want your pizza in a reasonable amount of time, don't buy it here. I was told my pizza would be ready in fifteen minutes. I dropped by at the 20 minute mark to leave them extra time. The woman at the front was yapping on the phone, taking an order from apparently an indecisive customer. After ten minutes, I asked her to please get my pizza. She told me I'd have to wait because she was taking an order. After twenty minutes, she was still taking the order. I told her to please go get my pizza or get Brian, the manager who had taken my order. She told me he was on the phone and I would have to wait. At 25 minutes of waiting, Brian came out and I told him to cancel my order. When I told him what had happened, he smirked again and told me "she was probably talking with a customer!" I left without my food. Unbelievable.
Got a flyer in the mail, we figured we would give them a try. Can't get thrust on phones. Just get busy signals. According to web site and flyer they should be open oh well, guess we will Just use NY NY pizza downtown. Gave just one star due to having g to choose one.
The employee called me a "d**k", after they screwed up the order that they delivered late.Pathetic, rude, and abusive. Placed the order at 5:30 Sunday evening, was told 45 minutes, she pulled up at about 6:20 - fair enough, no big deal, she was nice, and busy, and was quickly on her way. All's well so far, open up the pizza and find it's a little different from what we ordered, but actually not far off, so we dig in. Not bad, undercooked a bit and not much flavor to the sauce, but the banana peppers were an unexpected (because we didn't order them...) treat. Thin NY-enough style for FL, if any's left over it should re-heat well and be much better when I let it get crisp in my oven tomorrow. We open up the 2 appetizers and find uncooked (technically not so, since they're crinkle-cut pre-cooked crap from a freezer-bag, but they were greasy, limp, and cold) fries, and the fried mushrooms we ordered looked suspiciously like chicken wings... Oh well, the wings certainly weren't what we ordered, but they weren't too spicy nor completely cold, so, now close to an hour from when we ordered, we just keep eating. Then the phone rings. It's Mama's.Mama's guy says: "I think she dropped off the wrong order".Me: "OK, that explains it. We're well into the pizza and halfway through the wings, and the uncooked fries are under the broiler as we speak".Mama's guy (gruffly): They're not uncooked they're just not well-done."Me: "Actually they're... nevermind, I'm not gonna argue with you. Why are you calling?"Mama's guy: "We're gonna have her switch out the orders. Why you gotta be a d**k?"Me: (Me laughing...) I hang up and say to my friends "see you on social media, Mama"...
