Guacamole was the best thing. Everything else was very bland. Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for Mexican.
The best Cuban food in Hillsborough county, even if you don't speak Spanish. Huge portions, and everything is like homemade.
This place reminds me of Arizona and New Mexico, they have that very diverse taste of the south, without the bother of really going there. They really captured the whole experience with their food and the decorations and atmosphere.
I like that they have astounding seating in here. There is positively love in this place. Love for southern cuisine and the love for their customers.
Good Puerto Rican food. The mofongos are good as well as the habichuelas. I wish they had chicharones de cerdo but they only have chicharones de pollo (they are ok). The restaurant is small so be prepared to wait on the weekends. We usually go for an early dinner to avoid the wait. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Love their prices,food,friendliness & speed.
We found a roach in our beans i use to eat here all the time till i seen thst yuck
Ok I like the food and price
Fantastic! Delicious food and the service is excellent. The owner is very friendly. The FOOD IS REALLY REALLY GOOD. People there couldn't be nicer
Visited on a Saturday night. Typical SoHo crowd. Noise level inside of restaurant was high but to be expected given the crowd.Choice of non alcoholic beverages limited. Service was modest. Waiter was pressed to keep up and appetizer was served late with main course.Quality of food was fair. Had several items.Palomillo steak sandwich, served dry with no condiments or seasoning. ( Could only eat half left the rest). Yucca fries .Fish dip.Key West House Salad .With the exception of the fish dip, (Cod I was told) Quality was modest at best and lack sufficient creativity in relation to price. It is this writer's opinion this is a neighborhood bar that serves food as a sideline business and a choice when there is no where else to go.
