I have been at this apartments for 3 years (3 years to much)
This place is a joke, the gate never EVER works, so it is gated community but not really gated because the gate it is always broken and they have to wait for corporate to approve the repair.
I had to wait about 6 months for them to replace my dishwasher because it doesn't work! And they kept telling me that it has to be approved by the owner, really? 6 months?
In other words DO NOT MOVE THERE!
Apartments have molds all over the place, walls are cracked and windows get water on the inside when it rains, they have a serious filtration problem.
Garbage compactor NEVER EVER works and there is always garbage all over the place, or even worst, a huge dumpster in the middle of the parking lot (For 2 weeks... And counting)
I moved with in the same apartment complex last year to a bigger apartment and they charged me almost $700 for carpet wear,stove, and other non sense chargers, that after being discussed with them they said they were all valid! When they were really not.
Cooktops get old from cooking, not talking about clean here, I am talking about cheap paint on the surface of the stove, and that is the reason why they get stained and discolored.
This company needs to learn how to act as a business and not take advantage of petty things. It's not smart to do to people since the power of the customer is on higher now than ever before so I will just take it to Yelp, Foursquare, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, google and every other platform where they could get future potential customers and let them know what happened. Also, I'm totally fine with them knowing who I am and how UNHAPPY I am with them right now.
Maintenance has been great, very quick to respond and have fixed everything the first time around.
Nice apartment and complex...TERRIBLE onsite management and an evil, lying, greedy property management group (Riverstone Residential Group). They will lie straight to your face and steal as much as they possibly can from your wallet. If they tell you something - anything - GET IT IN WRITING. Better yet, AVOID THIS COMPLEX AND MANAGEMENT GROUP LIKE THE PLAGUE. If you see a complex is managed by Riverstone Residential Group, RUN AWAY. You've been warned.
