Established in 1989, USF Contemporary Art Museum presents a variety of investigative exhibitions of art from the United States, Africa and Europe. It uses historical and natural resources for the cultural enrichment of students, faculties and communities. USF Contemporary Art Museum maintains a collection of more than 5,000 objects, including graphics and sculpture multiples, works on paper and photography. The museum features developmental and process documentation materials. It organizes and schedules exhibitions, as well as produces catalogs. Additionally, USF Contemporary Art Museum offers a range of publications on various historical issues. Its visitors include artists, historians, critics, scholars and students.
