CROOKS! POPULAR FOR HIDDEN CHARGES!

They sure are Thrifty at adding services like unneccessary INSURANCE you specifically tell them you don't need. Their signature boxes they have you sign in person and online are just brief descriptions and so many of them too hard to understand or catch they are just adding services you do not need and did not request. They don't full disclose what you are signing and tell you need to sign the box to move to the next screen. You are signing a contract, they will not refund or work to keep your business for any unknown services since you signed ""The CONTRACT""! Don't use them they are crooks not matter how nice they seem in your face. When you return your car it's $30+ dollars a day on top of what you intially set in your reservation. The agent who gave me the keys did not listen to my wants and needs and the manager and the agent there when I returned the car didn't care about how upset I was that the initial agent put additional insurance on my reservation unbenounced to me....they don't care period! Don't give them your business!!! Beware of this car rental type company! Hidden charges and little explaination is SHADY BUSINESS! My credit card used has insurance, my car insurance covers me, and I shared w/ the agent that I didn't need anything else on the car but because I was told you have to sign the box to move to the next screen, I started signing in the boxes that aren't explanatory nor is the agent that I didn't need insurance and my reservation in the end totalled $125 more than agreed in my confirmation. When I disputed the charges with my credit card they won because I signed ""The contract"" as per the mgr whom I spoke with the day I returned the vehicle. The mgr just shrugged her shoulders ""Oh well!"" Really?! Thatis how you treat your customers and I have both my sister and I telling you what our experiences were and you are doing nothing to appease the situation!! I don't want the same to happen to you and want them to loose business for their unbusiness like practices! Don't give your hard earned money to crooks like THRIFTY!
