Great experience. Both the dispatcher and the driver were friendly and courteous. The car was clean and in good condition (driver said it was a brand new car and I believe him!). They arrived on time, drove safe, and the pricing was cheaper than most companies. Use them instead of rideshare!

The driver—who introduced himself as Greg—was a beacon of professionalism. He helped me into the clean, well-kept car and even offered a bottle of water. We chatted about local sports and the best late-night eats, making what could have been a forgettable ride home one of the warmest experiences I've had with a taxi service. Hands down the Best shuttle service in the Tampa Bay area

I am 66 years old, and I use a walker. Taxi Tampa is the best patient service for when I travel out of town or locally. Distance doesnt matter. I used to really struggle to get to and from my medical appointments but Taxi Tampa is always reliable and on time. The drivers always help me put the walker in the trunk and they're very friendly, very polite. Even if I need food or my medication picked up from the store they're fast and efficient and they even make me laugh sometimes. When I moved to Tampa I was unable to find anyone to send me transportation on either short notice or prebooking. I usually get picked up within 15 minutes if it's for now, and always on time (usually early) when I have pre-booked. I have been using Taxi Tampa since 2020 and I can't find anything to complain about. I like that I can call and book and I don't have to use an app. I really struggle with apps. It's nice to have a service that still works the old fashioned way with a person I can actually speak to. When my dog got knocked over, I called them as I had nobody else to call and they arrived within 20 minutes, but unfortunately she was already gone. They very graciously and respectfully took care of taking her to be buried, and they even waited with me and comforted me. Super grateful to have this company and group of people in my life. I've come to rely on these guys and they've never let me down, even with odd and unusual requests.
